Airport Transfer Minibus
Booked a minibus for an airport transfer and they were very accommodating. Driver helpful despite having to wait over an hour due to delays with immigration queues and baggage reclaim at the airport. Would recommend!

I booked with this cab company leading up to the holiday sometime had hacked into their system and stole all my personal data so I had spam accounts messaging me about the booking which I thought was disgusting that my personal information had been leaked but they assured that me not to worry that should of been my first red flag, they had sent me a picture of the mini bus, on the day it was a completely different mini bus but it managed to still fit us all on, when I got to the airport the company called me and asked about my service which I told them I had a really good service lovely driver and then I asked about the original mini bus which they said it had broken down which is fair enough they didn’t tell me however it got me to my destination, once I landed from my flight they had messaged me telling me they cancelled my return because I said “I wasn’t satisfied” which is completely incorrect they then begged me to leave a 5 star review to get my return back which I had to do (which is now deleted) they then harassed me (calling and messaging) telling me that my friends need to leave a review also…. I’m on holiday enjoying myself and I’m constantly getting called and messages.
I returned home (26/6) the driver was really late our flight was delayed but the driver had left his destination when the flight had landed even though he had the flight tracker so he could of left earlier to get there for pick up so I waited over an hour for pick up.
I was really satisfied with the service at the beginning but the company had ruined it unfortunately and I have text messages to prove all of this. I should really get a refund because of the way I was treated I’ve never experienced this, absolutely disgusting. I will not be using you again.

We have evidence demonstrating that we did not exert any undue influence on the customer in relation to leaving a review. When the customer indicated dissatisfaction with our one-way leg service, I reassured her that we could cancel the service and refund half of the amount paid. We also offered to assist with finding an alternative company, emphasizing that we had provided the agreed-upon 16-seater vehicle along with a helpful driver. At the time of booking, she was sent pictures of a similar minibus that we provided on the day of the journey. We believe her subsequent complaints would have been more effectively addressed had she brought them to our attention before the trip commenced. Additionally, we are disappointed by the implication that we condone or engage in fake review practices. Furthermore, we were not informed of any issues regarding the driver's punctuality for the return journey. We advocate for open communication and encourage customers to reach out to us directly with any concerns.

My girlfriend booked with this service and cancelled on her booking as soon as we landed on our holiday, harassed her to leave a review to get the booking back, driver was late for pick up, I do not recommend

trip organised for a client
We organised a few trips over 2 days for a client. All journeys were completed required but the bus broke down on the most important journey, I was informed by my client that the bus hadn't arrived prior to the company letting me know. This was rectified by a new bus and taxis being arrange for by the company but prior warning would have been great so I could have warned my client. Overall all journeys were made which is the main priority.

Used britwheels for minibus hire for 12 x people for a work trip. Service was on time but I would say they would benefit from upgrading their fleet. Strong communication too. Would use again
