I returned some goods back for a refund but failed to get a refund
I returned some goods back for a refund and followed the ebay return policy as requested by Brixiamoto. I have sent proof of the return and of the tracked delivery but Brixiamoto have failed to refund the goods after 3 weeks of many messages and e-mails, some directly to their customer service dept. Beware purchasing from this company as they don't honour their returns

Good value for money and efficient service
Great experience, received my new BMW mirror with no issues and it looks identical to the OEM part and for less than half the cost. Only thing to note is that this is shipped from outside UK so it takes some time to arrive though I was kept up to date on progress by the large number of shipping updates so I knew exactly where it was in the process. I would recommend.

If you're planning to order something here, think again.
If you're planning to order something here, think again. It will take a month to receive the order within EU, then you'll have to pay for a return shipping label, even if the delay was not your fault. Then you will have to send a dozen emails to have your money back. The 14 working days refund period has expired and I'm still waiting for the refund. No reply to emails. Had do ask PayPal to step in and I'm waiting for a decision. This is a shady online shop that should be banned. Look elsewhere.
EDIT: Scammers! Paypal refund could be issued with an open dispute. Nothing is blocked. Asking to close the dispute before the refund is abusive and shows the shady behaviour of this company. Reported to PayPal. The refund time frame is due two weeks ago, the package is in Italy available for pickup since 6/1/2026. As you can see, this is what this shop is all about.
EDIT 2: PayPal just confirmed the refund option is available on open disputes.
