Extremely poor customer service
Floor fitters have now recommended a different company for the customer to use.

These guys have not correcting an incorrect order that was their mistake charging her. We feel they are racist!

The customer spent £5k and they have not even apologised. The customer is left with an incomplete floor and now having to do to trading standards. They would never do this to a Welsh or English person. They have been so rude. Spend your money elsewhere

This is the second time we have dealt with Broadleaf in Llandeilo and we came back again because we were so please last time. We were not disappointed. I just wanted to feed back to say how delighted we are with the doors and floors. The house looks lovely with them. Also to pass on our appreciation of the work done by Shane and his mate in installing the doors and sorting the flooring etc - very professional in all aspects, high quality work - fabulous finish.

Just a general thank you to Broadleaf for your customer service and help - all in all an excellent experience and we would recommend your Broadleaf and their products to anyone!

Just had a new oak parquet floor in my lounge. The whole experience, from meeting Andrew in the Llandeilo store, selecting, ordering and engaging their fitter, and completion was trouble-free.
I am absolutely delighted with the result and highly recommend both Andrew and Broadleaf, Llandeilo.
Also big praise goes to the fitter Shane of GMT Carpentry Contractors for his excellent work.

The quality of the flooring is fantastic. My fitter loved it . The finish is well worth the money .
Delivery was 3 weeks but booked in advance so all good .

From start to finish, this has been a very good experience. Andrew in the Llandeilo showroom gave help and guidance, and borrowing samples to see them in situ was so useful. Measuring, ordering and fitting were all undertaken within a comparatively short time frame. The fitter, Dai Waters has exacting standards, and because he is so meticulous, the floor looks amazing. We recently used Broadleaf Timber to supply our oak plank doors, along with the door frames and door furniture. We also purchased aged oak parquet flooring along with the additional fitting materials.

I must say the quality is exceptional, delivered when promised and the service provided by Andrew was first class, advising us throughout the process.

We also used their recommended fitters, GMT Carpenters and again a first class service by exceptional tradesmen.

I would wholeheartedly recommend using Broadleaf and their fitters GMT, the standard of service, quality of goods and standard of workmanship clearly demonstrates two companies at the top of their game.

I have a grade 2 listed building and needed 6 irregular sized internal fire doors to meet exacting listed building specifications, as well as building control fire requirements. I contacted Broadleaf Timber as I saw on their website they made oak fire doors in the same style as a typical oak braced cottage door and would make any size required for a reasonable price (I needed 6 different sizes). What I liked about this company was that their prices were transparent on their website, the product met building control fire safety standards despite being a cottage style oak door and they were able to make the doors to bespoke measurements without changing the price. When the doors arrived each one was measured to ensure they were as ordered and each one was correct in size to the mm! Their cottage oak quality exceeded my expectations and the doors were delivered earlier than expected. I would absolutely recommend speaking with Andrew Barratt at the Llandybie branch who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. The customer service and quality of the doors I purchased from Broadleaf Timber exceeded my expectations in all ways.

Andrew was exceptionally helpful from the off, guiding us through the great choice of products available and allowing us to take away samples to view in our own home. Due to builder issues, our project overran by some time, but Andrew was exceptionally patient and not pushy to get the order completed. Andrew also recommended a great fitter (Dai) to lay the floor. All in all first class customer service all around! and the finish we are overjoyed with. This is the second floor we have bought from Broadleaf Llandeilo, and it will be the first place we go for any wooden flooring needs in the future.

He is always happy to provide advice on matters such as installation. We are very happy with the flooring and doors supplied by Broadleaf.

We visited Andrew at the Llandeilo branch who was really helpful. We ordered the seaside grey for our new extension and existing cwtch. Our building work was delayed but Andrew was very accommodating when we had to delay our delivery. We completed our building work in early December and our carpenters laid the oak flooring for us. We have had a great experience with this company. We ordered the worn vintage parquet. We spent a long time on the phone discussing options with the sales team, they sent us several samples, which meant we didn’t need to visit a showroom. Sales and aftercare service has been really quick and responsive. We used our own fitter and all our questions were answered really promptly during the process. Thanks for a great experience.

Absolutely dreadful experience. We spent so much time deciding on what flooring to go for, speaking to their salesperson on the phone and visiting the shop with samples in our hands and yet the floorboards and oil delivered are not the right ones. We now don't have time to have them replaced and can't get a straight answer from them about what they are going to do to make up for this.

Great flooring and amazing staff/customer service. Had my entire ground floor done in parquet engineered oak, the staff helped me select the type and style and recommended someone to fit it. It was always meant to be the centrepiece of my home and I was quite worried about it, now it's finished I couldn't be happier with the quality of the flooring and the help I had throughout to make the installation as hassle free as possible.

Absolutely delighted with the whole Broadleaf experience. The product is beautiful; we used aged oak planks and they look fantastic in our Georgian 2* listed townhouse. The service from Andrew at Llandeilo was exemplary: he made our choice effortless, went way above the call of duty to personally open up the warehouse out of hours for our builder and his witty emails made the whole experience a great deal of fun. Our fitter, arranged through Broadleaf, Cefin of CO Flooring was a real expert, incredibly efficient and had a really pleasant manner. I would highly recommend.

Having seen a Broadleaf floor I chose Vintage Natural oak parquet for both a new extension with underfloor heating and original parts of the property. It provided the best match I’d seen - colour and size - for the original parquet elsewhere in the house. Throughout the process Russell couldn’t have been more helpful. In particular sharing pictures of other examples helped my fitters and me ensure the detailing was apt. The finished product is a delight and definitely the right choice gaining unsolicited endorsement from visitors.

We would highly recommend Broadleaf Timber Flooring in Llandeilo. Andrew Barratt in the office was friendly, helpful and gave valuable advice to help us choose our flooring. After a survey visit by Dai Waters (the recommended fitter) we ordered 21sqm of Natural Oak Parquet and 8sqm of Natural Oak Plank. This was delivered and fitted to the agreed schedule - approx 5 weeks after placing our order.
The flooring looks fantastic and we are more than pleased with the results. Thank you Andrew and Dai for your professional services. We're already thinking of putting timber in other rooms!!

We have floored our whole house with porcelana engineered oak, it is the most exquisite floor and superb quality. We have also fitted oak skirt, oak architrave, two plank doors and are awaiting two porch doors. Anvil hinges and catches are awesome, the service and advice from Luke we have received is second to none. I would highly recommend such a terrific company.

Fantastic service and advice and even better products. Ordered a number of internal oak doors and oak parquet flooring. Our very experienced builders were super impressed by the quality and workmanship. Highly recommend.
