A telephone call resolved all of my problems.
Intended to complete holiday booking on line, but as is often the case, the detail with regard to flights and luggage was confusing. A telephone call helped resolve all these problems along with one or two other non-anticipated issues. Thanks to Iantha Smith for her patience, but it might help if Broadway wereto provide her with a less crackly telephone.

Bad transfer
Hotel was excellent, good food, friendly staff. The shuttle transfer was dire. The driver drove past our hotel and carried on for miles despite my protestations he just carried on and ended up in Turgutreis. He then took us to the wrong Spectrum Hotel. The transfer took two and a half hours. This has never happened before with Broadway Travel.
