Excellent service
I was thoroughly looked after by Marcus from start to finish. He helped me to gain finance with my IVA and made the whole process less stressful for me. Misleading
I was told i was qccepted for 11,000 finamce but when i asked for figures i was then told i would only get 7000 for that specific car.. how did this work as an acceptance of finance doesnt go that way.. i know have missed out on the car after arranging collection with the dealer

We understand how frustrating it can be when a finance application doesn’t proceed as expected. However, it's important to clarify that the final decision on finance approval lies with the lender, not us as the broker. Each lender has specific criteria they must follow, including the loan-to-vehicle value ratio.
In this case, the application was revised because the lender determined that the value of the vehicle did not meet their funding criteria in relation to the requested loan amount. This is a standard part of their risk assessment process, and unfortunately, outside of our control.
Our team always works hard to match customers with the most suitable lender and to present all available options transparently. We're here to help and would be happy to discuss alternative vehicles.
