I was very pleased with the work which involved removing the toilet from the wall, installing a new flush device and replacing and repointing the loo. A very efficient and professional job by Stuart. I am glad I have found this firm and will certainly call them again when I next need a plumber.

I contacted Jack after I was quoted nearly £500 to change my kitchen tap by another company. He was really helpful, looking at a link I sent him to confirm the tap would be suitable.

Work was completed today at a much more reasonable price.

We had a major problem over Christmas and I had to shut the water off at the mains to stop the kitchen being flooded. All the plumbers I phoned were either shut or charging extortionate fees just for a call out, but not Bromley Plumbers. When I finally got through to Jack, he was on his way to a family gathering, but on hearing our plight, he detoured, was at our house fifteen minutes later and sorted the problem so we had full water supply for the rest of the Christmas holiday. Absolutely brilliant company. Takes customer service to a different level. Highly recommended.

Today I had an unexpected problem with the kitchen sink feeding into the outside drain and overflowing, due to a blockage in the pipes.

Phoned Jack at Bromley Plumbers and within an hour, Tom from his team was at my door.

Tom is a very nice guy and without any fuss he sorted it all out.

George came very promptly & diagnosed a gas leak for us. As the leak was within the house somewhere but not easy to find we then agreed a new date & time for the come & do the works. This involved running new copper piping through the garage and back into the house. When George and Jack came, they worked in vertical rain for the first hour which I certainly would not have expected them to. They worked very cleanly and charged what we believe to be a very fair price for the job. Both guys are extremely pleasant & both answer any messages very quickly which is a rarity! The job was done to a high spec & I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Great work guys!

Did a very good job putting in a new toliet we happy got no problems the young man was on time and cleaned up after he's self we will use this plumbing service again if we have any problem

My parents live in a large Victorian house in Bromley, and recently had a blocked drain. These old drains are HUGE and you have to access them by climbing down a ladder. My dad was worried that he would have to contact his insurance company to send someone out – but after being on hold for 45 minutes it was getting late in the day so I said that we should call someone local.
I contacted Bromley Plumbers and was told that they could be with us by 8am the next day. The team arrived on time, and after accessing the situation for a while, did a fantastic job and managed to clear the drain and fix the problem – which was already a tricky task without the added issues of having to battle with the 30 degrees heat!
My parents are so pleased with the results and impressed with the service they received from Bromley Plumbers – in my dad’s words “more than happy to pay the bill, these guys are well worth the money!”

Great Customer service by who answers the initial call right through to the Plumber Luke who did the job . They kept us updated from start to finish we cannot recommend them enough. We have used Bromley Plumbers twice now and both times we have been totally impressed with the service. Luke the plumber makes you feel totally assured and explains in detail what he is doing. The costs are totally fair . It makes such a change to not get through to a call centre cannot praise them enough.

We needed a valve replacing to restore water supply to the outside tap. The plumber arrived at the agreed time, sorted out what was needed, sourced the part and fitted it. Job done.

Contacted Jack Cox at Bromley Plumbers to come and remove leaking kitchen sink tap and fixing new Frank kitchen tap for us. Luke came to do the job and I am very happy with what he has done. Have used Bromley plumbers before and will definitely use them again.

We had an overflowing drain that would not unblock. After contacting Bromley Plumbers they had someone out to see us in an hour. The plumber was very knowledgable, found the issue almost immediately and cleared the blockage that previous plumbers had not been able to resolve. I would highly recommend Bromley Plumbers, especially if the plumber that helped us is an example of their service levels.

Bromely Plumbers recently fitted our new kitchen and bathroom basin taps, as well as unblocking our kitchen sink. The plumber was prompt, efficient, friendly and gave helpful advice. We would definitely use this company again.
