Very Happy with the whole experience. Delivery was like clockwork ,two gents very courteous and took mattress to our room of choice then took away all packaging . The mattress is superb and really comfortable. Very very happy.

Good company to deal with - helpful online chat to answer questions, great delivery service - on time, with call to confirm 10 mins before, took my old mattress away - no issues. Bed is comfortable and even after just a week or two of using, now have significantly less shoulder pain on waking.

I ordered one of the ultra mattresses from Brook + Wilde sleep. The ordering process was easy and the mattress arrived earlier than expected with clear communication from the delivery company. The deliverers set the mattress in my room and carried it up the stairs for me which was nice. I received a courtesy call from one of their staff a couple of weeks later to check if I was happy with the mattress which was nice.

The mattress - which I’ve had for 3 months now - is comfortable and was well made with no damage.

I know there is a bad reputation for this company given their recent dissolvency and re-branding as Brook + Wilde Sleep. I am slightly apprehensive about the guarantee/warrantee of the product if the company were to go under again - but for now I have no complaints.

Very pleased with this mattress. Am getting a much better quality of sleep and waking up with much fewer aches and pain than before.
The delivery of new and collection of old was first class with excellent and timely communication at every point.

The purchase was straightforward and delivery well organised and efficient. The mattress is (so far) very impressive and comfortable.

Fantastic mattress. Ordering and delivery straightforward and quick (a few weeks). The only minor gotcha is that they don't contact you after the original order to tell you it is being processed and that you'll hear about delivery in a couple of weeks.

I'm 6'6" and 105Kg and this mattress is the only one which I wake up actually in the morning felling rested and not at 3am with back pain (after having 3 bought and tried at home).

Disapointing to find out that they wound up in 2023 and now have new owners. Diapointed that they will not honour the warranties by the previous compny even though they are using the same name and website.

Utter rip-off, poor-quality mattresses that fail after a short time. The so-called Elite mattress developed a very soft spot after a few months. Only in Brexit Britain could a company change its name and continue to trade. What was once Brook + Wilde Limited is Brook + Wilde Sleep, selling the same rubbish products. The company is just a scam and the owner of the business needs locking up

Placed and order and I must say I am impressed with the service. Customer service was easy to get hold of and correct my order which I had placed wrong and mattress was dispatched in no time. Delivery was smooth including the removal of our old mattress and as a whole the delivery company and Brook and Wilde were very professional. I was at first a little hesitant after finding out the company had changed, I had previously ordered a mattress from the old company and gave it a chance with this new company too, and I must say I was very pleased with my purchase and the product has been outstanding.

I do suffer from a lot of back pain issues and I am fairly overweight, I used to struggle waking up aching and then being able to be more active in order to reduce my weight. I had tried several companies in the past with many of the mattresses sinking within a few months or not being firm enough, therefore having to return them. With Brook and Wilde I did have the option to select the firmness I required and having a good nights sleep finally has enabled me to wake up feeling more fresh and also become more active in order to achieve my goals.

This is our third Elite mattress that we have bought; now we have two doubles and a super-king. All feel comfortable and we sleep well. In the summer, the mattresses don't feel hot (like some of the JL ones we have had). Support feels good and no rolling together.

So far, the mattress has been a delight. I know it’s winter, but I find myself dreaming about going home and climbing back into bed. I went for the firm and am a front sleeper. No complaints with the product itself thus far. My only gripe has been with the contractor used for delivery in my area. They were pretty poor and I got my delivery on the third attempt.

There was positive communication throughout. I was due to have surgery which would mean lying solely on my back. I contacted Brook and Wilde and they sped up my delivery for us.
The delivery drivers were helpful and friendly as well.
I was also happy to welcome a call after delivery to check the mattress was ok.

I bought a mattress from them and they never delivered it, then they declared bankruptcy and restarted the company with "sleep" in the name, took the money and ran.
Shocking state of affairs.
