I would have given 5 stars but everytime I order lately, something else is out of stock. There is now only one product in stock so unfortunately it looks like I won't be ordering anymore if I can't get what I need.

We visited Brown’s on a recommendation, wow so pleased we did. The staff were helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and they had a genuine passion to provide an outstanding informative service, which is lacking with many national chains. They didn't have one of the items I have ordered, gave me a call apologise and gave me an option to get extra 2kg of the different pellets for my rabbit. Great job. That's how you delight your customer.
