The experience with Brummstadt was smooth and professional. Communication was alittle slow at first but it was honest and fulfilling.
The end product is magnificent and surpassed my expectations. One or two minor hiccups along the way but expected when transforming a 12 year old car into the modern age.

After installing unit we had trouble getting the SWC to work. There are so many variation to consider with cabling and specific model and make of vehicle it seemed no matter what we tried nothing would work. After contacting the service team and some friendly back forth to collect information we got there in the end. Now everything is great and the head unit works exactly as I had imagined.

Got the wrong facia to start with but this was quickly resolved. Have just finished installing and haven’t had chance to use much yet. But seems fine. Keep getting reminder to post review so hopefully all done. Cheers. Bit of a pain doing the review. Should be able to just submit with out codes ect

I recently brought a head unit for my 2015 Hilux ute, I dealt mainly with Tommy. Their advice and after sale service was a Ten out of Ten. I had a bit of an issue after the installation but with Tommy's advice it was sorted straight away, very helpful.

Huge shout out to Tommy and Patrick, their help with problem solving made my first install so much easier with the plug and play cables supplied for my Ranger . 10/10 for their the head unit awesome bit of gear 👍

An issue developed with my CarPlay Head Unit. Within a week from diagnosing issue, Patrick had arranged a new set of cables to be sent. They were received promptly & installed.
Everything now working as it should be.

My experience with Brummstadt was very good I had some inquiries about the installation and I talked to Kevin and he was very good with his reply’s they where always quick responses and answered the question straight away

The user manual needs to be better/refined as its applications for home user are confusing

Head unit for my mazda works perfectly. Tommy from customer support gave me assistance and troubleshooting tips to aid in the installation process and gave great instructions on getting the unit wired in and working. Big thank you to him and the team!

Product works okay. Still feels sluggish even though I got the "premium" head unit for the Mitsubishi.

Support for the product itself is really nice. Tommy helped me out well, so no complaints there. He responded fairly quickly.

However it took ~3 weeks for me to get my order even though support said it would be 7 days. There was no communication on my shipment and at one point I began to wonder if I got scammed or not. Suddenly there was a box on my doorstep without any tracking information 🤔
