The sense of relief at not having to face "the stairs" for both my spouse and myself made it worthwhile.

My son had a Bruno stair lift installed while I was in the hospital recovering from cancer surgery. When I returned home, I was immediately able to get up and down the stairs (our living space is on the 1st floor; or bedrooms and bathrooms on the 2nd floor).

It works well, serves the purpose and saves the knees, however it is more noisy (tracks) than I anticipated or like.

I am generally very pleased with our Bruno Elite straight stairlift. However, I do have some issues:
1) The up/down switch is rather flimsy and precariously placed. A push button type switch would be better.
2) When the chair passes over the rail joint, it is rather jerky.
3) The up charge for different coloured upholstery is prohibitively high.

On the positive side, the installers were very professional and friendly.

I purchased the Bruno Stairlift after researching several different brands. I chose the Bruno because of its heavy duty construction and 5 year warranty. I really like the look and feel of the stairlift. Well done!

The stair lift chair has a terrible sound when you are changing its position. It is causing our animals to hide under the sofa whenever they think we will use it. We can’t use it at night because the sound wakes people up. It’s not the motion of it moving on the stairs it is the turning of the seat once you get to the destination. It’s just terrible!!

The installers were great, and so far the stairlift is too! What a relief to have the safety for taking my dad out. He balked about getting it, but he's said more than once how much easier it is and he feels safer.

The presentation of the equipment was explained thoroughly and all my questions were answered. Scheduling was quick and the technician did excellent work in explaining to my father how the equipment works. My father is enjoying the lift. Thank you for the excellent service.

The whole process of acquiring a stair-lift was fantastic, took only a week. They came and gave me an estimate on Monday and came back on Friday and installed, the process was done very professionally. I would highly recommend your product to others.
