I'd like to give a review but the truth is, we never used the lift. I bought it for my mom who passed away before she could use it. It was installed on Dec 30th and we called 6 weeks later to see if they'll would buy it back since it was still brand new. The guy offered me $500! I paid $3400 six weeks prior. To say I was shocked is an understatement!
I have to admit that I have a bit of a bad taste in my mouth for your company.

They were wonderful to deal with..from estimate to installation to tweaking a mechanical issue and then honoring a warranty matter.

I find the chair life changing and have had no problems with it. It took longer for the tech to install it but that is ok. He did a good job and it is working great.

The outdoor Bruno Stairlift is a great help for my husband who struggles with Parkinson's Disease. also helpful for groceries!
