Not entirely happy with the purchase. The inner lining is torn after a month of use because the legs do not fold properly and dug into the fabric. Also, the middle layer is softer than the other two and I always wake up with back pain due to bad posture. It is cheaper than the other options I had but if I had known these two issues I wouldn't have bought it. :(

My Bruno sofa bed has arrived and it is exactly as I expected, beautiful design and very well built.
The pull out mechanism it's brilliant, very easy and quick to open and close.
I did a previous review with only two stars because there was a problem with the lateness of sending the fabric samples but all has been sorted out to my complete satisfaction so I am a very happy Bruno Interior customer now, thank you.

We received some good sized samples and brochure which made our decision to go ahead and order. The soda is lovely. Amazing quality and very comfortable. Delivery was frustrating, the people ignored our request to carry it around the back of the house to make it easier to get through the double doors. Instead they squeezed it through our front door which made the delivery very stressful. However the Sofa bed is perfect.

Disgusting service. The delivery company is terrible. Avoid

I am very disappointed with the customer service in the UK. I ordered the fabric sample on the 2nd of November as I wanted to make sure I received them before the Black Friday discount so if I did like the material I would have definitely bought the sofa. I did not received the sample and after 2 weeks I call them to explain why I wanted the sample but every time they told me they've been sent but they will send them again this went on and on till after the Black Friday and Cyber Monday discount so I lost the opportunity to buy the sofa with 15% discount. I finally received the samples on the second of December and I like the material so I decided to wait for the Boxing Day discount but unfortunately this is only 10% so I am very disappointed with the customer service as they should have been honest and told me that the sample were finished in the uk so the had to come from Germany as they finally told me when I called to complain about the missed opportunity to buy it with the 15% discount. No apology received or offer to extend the discount considering that it was they fault that I did not received the material on time.

Very well made sofa bed with very prompt delivery. Just make sure it will fit through any doors

I bought a sofa bed after I read good reviews regarding comfort. It was a choice between this one and a similar one from a well known retailer in the UK. This one is a more attractive design and took only one week to arrive despite it coming from Germany. I had bought a sofa from the UK retailer and it took much longer to arrive.
My daughter is now considering buying one for herself.

I wanted a pul-out sofabed, rather than a metal frame type, for our self catering holiday let. Having had two metal frame sofabeds that guests bend I new these just wouldnt withstand constant use. Many pull out sofas on the market were unsuitable as the width of the bed was too small. We looked at chinese imports but could see quality was poor with no aftercare if there was a problem.

With Bruno I could tell we were buying quality from the first contact, to receiving fabric samples, to placing the order and delivery everything was perfect and we are delighted with the sofabed. It may be a little more expensive than others but the build quality means it will last and provide many comfortable nights sleep.

Very straightforward website and slick ordering. Looking forward to receiving my sofa bed.

I spent ages looking for the best possible sofa bed and I kept coming back to Bruno. I'm glad I chose this sofabed, as it is so well made. Being well sprung it is on the firm side, so I bought a good quality topper and hey presto- a fantastic bed for guests to have a good night's sleep on it. I used it myself for over a week as I was staying downstairs due to an injury and I was very happy.
If you are going to use this as a bed often, then it is absolutely worth finding the money for it. If you are wanting a snuggly sofa with only occasional use as a bed, then this is not for you, as it is a more rigid sofa.
I have had this sofa for a few months now, and wanted to give it some proper use before reviewing.

Delighted with this sofa bed. It arrived in less than two weeks with efficient delivery staff. The sofa bed was easily assembled, clear instructions with quality hardware and assembly aids. The fabric looks hard wearing and good quality. Unfolding the sofa to make the bed is a minimal fuss and simple process, it makes a comfy mattress at a good height. Great design and superbly engineered.

Excellent quality and delivered within 72 hours! Would definitely recommend.

The Sofa is really good quality; it feels sturdy and well built. We haven't slept on it yet but matress is on the harder side. Otherwise, great experience and the product is highly recomended.

Very well built and good quality material. Opens up with no problems. Well spring, should be good for both sleeping and sitting.
