Plan well in advance to get when you need it
1. The sofa bed is excellent as I expected.
2. The customer service does not meet my expectation as it not in english.
3. The Furdeco delivery company did not provide me with updates and delivery plans as being suggested.
4. I was lucky to get the sofa bed before arrival of my relatives to visit me.
5. Placed the order in February to get the bed at the end of April.

Give it a chance
Reviewed the bed on the excellent Dutch website. Read the term & conditions including the statement that the bed would be delivered in the required (bed) room. Ordered the bed, quick delivery at the front door. Due to labour regulations they could not deliver the bed at the 1st floor. Clearly a breach of contract. Arranged a nearby moving company to get the bed inside (what else can you do) and raised the issue with Brunobed. The Dutch customer service does not respond. The German customer service does, but never comes back after the "I will look into it...". The product is good, but due to the "customer service" I would avoid and won't have any other business with this company. - Update: after two months the Dutch customer service got back to me and apologized for the situation and promised to improve their processes. Better late than never, the issue is resolved. We are happy with the Bruno product and are hopeful that the service will match the quality of the product. Give it a chance!

I bought a mattress that after two years it just sinkt . Now my back hurts and also, I can feel the sink every time I lie down. The problem is that brunobett has a warranty that does not cover any issues…so they keep refusing the quality issue… I wished I read about it before hand ….so not my suggestion to buy from them in long term

Bad delivery service
The couch is really nice but delivery service is very poor. 2 really young guys couldnot make it to the door and had to help them out all the way. I had paid for montage as well but they had no idea how to do it and have not been instructed to arrange. As they were very young i let them go. I called Bruno bed about this and they will arrange it with the transport
company. I asked them to follow-up on this but was not possible. Of course I was not contacted by transport company and if you call Bruno Bed you will not get through. Email are not being answered((
Update 14 July: they are going to deposit the montage. Hopefully it will take not hat long

expensive sofa unusable after 2 years
I paid 1350 EUR for a Bruno Sofa-bed 2 years ago. Already after 6 months, the seats started to sink - I contacted the company and they assured me this was normal usage -. 2 years after the purchase date, the seats have sunk by about 2 centimers (NB: I live alone and I am about 60 kg...), they are not confortable anymore. The back has completely lost its shape. The cushions sink and look bulky (and take lots of space on the already narrow seat).
For comparison, I had a 500 eur I*EA sofa before, and it survived 7 years with hardly sinking. Extremely disappointed, STAY AWAY - this Bruno is a short-lived scam.

Good quality and comfortable
Wir haben einen Betttopper und einen Schlafsofa bestellt und sind mit beiden sehr zufrieden.
The mattress topper is very thick and comfortable, it does move a bit to one side but we just shift it back when changing sheets, and it never hangs off or anything like that.
The sofa is ridiculously heavy so was hard to put together alone, but with only 4 screws it went quickly. I do tell my family to not just plop down in the couch because I don't believe the 4 screws are strong enough to handle reckless behavior. It looks great and sleeps wonderfully. With an ottoman even better since then we can put our feet up and not worry about back pain, since the seats aren't so deep. But it works perfectly for our small living room and we are very happy.
