Missing deposit 2 days…

I made an instant deposit through Swish.

My bank account got deducted with the amount i intended to deposit. But not showing up on my wallet.. have been waiting for any sort of reply the 2nd day now. It’s all happened under your Customer Service hours.

Still no answer today, any tip on how to receive my funds since they went somewhere?

News; got a reply after the post, seems to be an technical issue with the SMS/text confirmation.

Still waiting for a second reply since from my point of view it’s all correct.

Got my deposit now, all good seems like there was a tech issue from my network.

A good and trustworthy company

I have been using btcx for over two years and haven’t had any issues, there were sometimes where I forgot to write the OCR in the bank transaction but the support were very helpful and they tend to answer as fast as possible. Another good thing with btcx is that they accept orders in Swedish money and that is whats most important for me (and they are trustworthy), so they get a five star review XD

Great services for this site

Great services for this site , As for the ones giving bad reviews , this is a swedish site that is paying you , though if you go above a 10 000 swedish kr, thats about 1250 dollars they dont send you until you write a form to make clear were the money came from . Just a safety measurement I suppose ...

Och för er svenskar ser jag inga problem med att köpa här :) Bara gott att säga om deras produkt och Johan chef på supporten var trevlig han med , även om jag misstänker förskrivet brev ;) haha
