*SCAM ALERT*Please stay far away from the company and it's people. BTCCREST claims to be a legit company, however I am still waiting for my refund. BTCCREST account manager Albert Parker (I am sure it is fake as well) scammed me for USD 19400 by deposited fake USDC in my coinbase wallet and scammed me for another 10K AUD in promise to take it out. They use Anydesk to control your devices and then heck your credentials. I wish I knew this prior to loosing all my money. My account number is 124071 so that you don't have to ask for it while thanking me to write the review. If you are really legit then transfer my money as per withdrawal request else stop scamming innocent people. The day Karma will get you, there is no escaping and nobody is ever able to take anything beyond life.
Please search for warning from FCA UK for BTCCREST on google and you will understand what I am talking.

It seems ok until you don’t want to invest more and try to get your money withdrawn…. Then they’re not so nice!! Wouldn’t do it if I were you

Please, please, please do not trade with this company! Once you make the initial payment, they ask for more in the £1000's when you don't have that kind of money, lose interest. Won't let you withdraw your investment! Avoid at all costs.

Following my initial review about BTC Crest, I have received an average of 20 calls from BTC Crest. Initially, the caller called me a money launder and threatened to start an investigation if i don't continue trading with them.
I have received about 8 calls today and answered only 2 of them. The 2 times, the caller called me a slave and an immigrant. He asked me to name my price because he wants to buy a slave.
This to me confirms the desperation in defrauding and cheating people. I wonder what a reputable company will carry out such acts in this day and age.
I have told BTC Crest to stop calling me and I also said I wasn't interested in taking the initial deposit but they keep calling and stating empty threats that i must continue.
I also wonder if the positive reviews people are posting is real. My experience with BTC Crest is terrible and will advise against having any transaction with them.
I wonder how many calls I will get from their jobless employee and what threats he will come up with tomorrow.

Please stay away from this company. I feel I have learned a valuable lesson about manipulation but I wish I had never set sight on this company or picked up the phone. I have had similar experiences to what others have written and am now in debt as a result of trusting that this was legit. The issues for me really started when trying to withdraw, it's impossible. They will look for further fees to access your funds. I have been in conversation with both a lawyer and a journalist who is interested in writing a piece on them and furthermore will be reporting them to both the police ( anti-fraud department) and ombudsman. Please please don't go near them and save yourself a mountain of grief.

* In regards to the response from BTCCrest- they have my details, I have messaged them twice on the platform to register my complaint. I also stated no phone calls, email only as I'm not wasting any more time dealing with people who spew lies.

They keep ring me daily for me to invest thousands of pounds when I initially invested £200 to start. Because I said no to investing more, I was told that I would be called (hounded) daily by employees or they would be deducted £50 from their wages for not calling me. I feel like I'm being bullied for my own money which they want me to invest. That is a red flag to me as potential scammers and I also lost my £200 due to A I. What is the point. I would like phone calls to stop. Cherry

I have this Thomas another bloody account manager that keeps calling me and harassing me and wanting me to put another 5000 after acknowledging that Leo did the wrong thing by myself as a broker who initially offered my 5000 Australian dollars back after he called my life a miserable existence.
I am over being hounded by BTCCrest for more money even though Thomas said Leo stuffed by putting my account into a trade knowing full well that I was a basic account holder and that the fees attached to the trade chewed up all my money and now the want more what a joke.
You give me back the 15217 that I lost because of this and then I might talk until then go away.

It is impossible to withdraw money, they only say you are going to pay to withdraw money. So check the answer. ... have you paid out my money ... No, you have not.

I'm thrilled with my experience on this platform. This broker has taken my trading game to the next level with their efficient platform and helpful trading features. Kudos to them for a job well done!

I’m trying to withdraw my money, I was told I could but would have to pay nearly $9000 to the dodgy broker’s commission to get my money back. He’s trying to scam me of more money and then I’m guessing will block me. I’ve invested thousands to this dodgy company. My savings have gone. My mental health is so poorly. I’m reading that some of you have used a fraud recovery team to get your money back but I don’t believe these reviews as they are scammers as well. Trustpilot you need to be accountable for this too. All the good reviews are fake! Unless BTC Crest have paid people to post good reviews. My heart goes out to everyone that have been scammed by them. They have only scammed people! Don’t trust these criminals and I hope karma gets them!

Can someone help me I have been trading with dis company btccrest for a few months and have been trying to withdraw my money now there saying that blockchain have blocked the transaction and I have to pay tax of 9000 euros befor I can get dis money can someone tell me if dis is right or am I being scammed can someone please get back to me

ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!!! My account manager scammed me and my partner out of THOUSANDS!! They say they will send you your profit via cryptocurrency and the cypto they sent which was USDcoin is an unsupported cryptocurrency. We also got a call from another scammer from blockshare saying that they needed $1500 usd to withdrawal the crypto which is bs as it wasn't even a legitimate cyrpto currency to begin with. The support team at Btccrest are all liars as well because they just say they will contact your account manager to get a hold of you, which is the person who already scammed you. The people over the phone just say they don't have access to account information or anything like that so what do they even do???. My account manager has cut off all contact with me once he figured out I was on to him. They send you proof of registration with Finma to try and get you to think they are legitimate but they are probably impersonating people as well. Btccrest has disputed this review and will not let me post the names of the account manager but feel free to reach out to me if you would like more information on these scammers. Absolutely beware of this company. The company is not even regulated!!!! I'm sure I will get a generated repsonse from btccrest like you see in all the reviews. PLEASE stay away from this company they are absolute fraudsters. KARMA WILL GET THEM!!!

I had experience good experience with BtcCrest, and I can tell you guys it is fantastic. I had so much fun during my trades; very recommended.

I must say, this broker has been decent in my experience. The platform is easy to navigate, and their range of trading features has helped me improve my trading strategy.

Total scam. Only request you to deposit large amounts and will maybe payout on small amounts to convince you to deposit more. They won't refund or process large withdrawals. Can't belive they've been allowed to operate despite all these negative reviews. I think trustpilot needs to take some responsibility for all the fake positive reviews which lead unsuspecting victims vulnerable to them. They have been reported to FCA.

Constant phonecalls.

Total scam-conned my father into giving them $30,000 then called and said they had inside information from ‘the head of risk management’ that Wallstreet was going to crash so they wanted another $20,000 to freeze dads stocks so he didn’t lose them?!! Then in two weeks they would refund ALL the money dad had invested?!? Total BS!!! Don’t fall for their lies! Dad saw it advertised on Facebook supposedly backed by Gina Rinehardt-who recently released a statement that her image has been fraudulently used by these people in this scam!!!

worst thing i ever did, i signed up and the whole process was a pita, i couldn't get past the withdrawal part of it so i aske the person mentoring me to refund me he got so persistant that i was doing the wrong thing that i hung up and blocked his number now i get nothing but spam calls! not just once a day but more than 20 a day! they keep spoofing aussie numbers that they get through the apps! they just won't stop! i really wish i never tried em i am down only a couple of hundred dollars, i can cope with that but these spam calls are making me want to sue them! below you can see the standard reply they send to everyone, i hope you read this before signing up with them

Scam. Dont let you withdraw money. Ask you to invest more and more money. Calls every day with phone nr not use. Professional scammers
