Great product, not great packaging

The bubbles teas are nice but I had problems with the packaging. The box was dented, Two of my bubble tea syrups and one pot of the bubbles where ruptured when I got them.
Not the end of the world as me and my partner just drunk them straight away but it's not great from a premium service like this.

I ordered the starter kit for my…

I ordered the starter kit for my daughters birthday and it’s arrived today with items missing, no lip balms and no cup.
Contacting someone is done with an email form only so got a feeling this might take awhile to resolve.

Thank you for your quick response, it looks like I received the refill rather than the starter kit.
I have amended my review.

Mouth watering experience

The taste was great, all the flavours went well together.. a wonderful refreshing drink! Fast delivery too and well packaged ... absolutely can't get enough of this tea! Will definitely buy again.
