I was able to cancel my order mid shipment and received a refund with only one inquiry..I canceled because my purchase was a gift and nonreturnable..so I couldn't take a chance the gift would fit. I appreciated your understanding..thank you

Absolute hassle if ordering in Canada
Absolute hassle if ordering in Canada. Tracking information did not come til the package was almost here, and when I needed to make a return, there were no convenient accommodations for this. I was told to either ship the returns to an RMA warehouse in China, or in Kentucky, despite the label on the package saying it had come from a suburb just half an hour away from me.
Furthermore, in order to buy a shipping label back to the US – at my own expense, no less – I required a phone number for the receiver. Attempts to request one from customer service were met with slow, re-iterations of the RMA process without actually supplying the information requested.

True to size/quality material
Nice quality top but a little heavy for hot summer days. Just wish the short sleeve hoodie came in a light weight material. The item runs true to size and the shipping was quick. Would recommend this item.
