The reversible fleece is beautiful, but the quality is awful. The worst quality I have ever seen. It was 117€(including shipping) and i guarantee you, it is not worth it. The material itself isn't worth not even 8€. Very disappointing. If I had read the reviews before, I would not buy it. I won't even bother to try returning it, but this was a lesson for sure.

I ordered a fleece during black friday which was promised to ship within a week. Didnt ship, so I asked what was wrong. They claimed that the fleece sold out AFTER NEW YEARS, then asked if I wanted a different color shipped within 2 days, which I agreed to. Now it has almost been another MONTH with NO RESPONSE from anyone from Buchan, despite multiple attempts to contact customer service. Horrible customer service, nonexistent support, unethical company who does care about customers. Please Please Please spend your money elsewhere. Read the other similar reviews, d o not get SCAMMED as well.

I bought a reversible fleece and it's not the first time I buy Buchan clothing and once again I'm not disappointed. Quality materials and first-rate manufacturing. In short, the best of the best.

Very bad customer service. The fleece jacket we ordered is nice, but the seem was loose within two weeks. We contacted Buchan in Insta, they wrote we could get a new one. Then the correspondence stopped. We tried to contact again via email. They asked for the pictures again, then we got no reply. Now is is January already and no reply yet. the emails come back, the contact form does not work. Very disappointing:-(

So good! It kinda took a while to get here but that’s alright. It looks sick and it actually works as it is supposed to, the only things i would like different is having a bigger hood for that perfect look and maybe also do a second version where it’s slightly more form fitting like kinda a bit of a waist snatching but otherwise so so gooodddd, no regrets whatsoever!

The jacket fits perefectly, the quality is amazing and the reversable option is so convenient for this weather! Love it!

I’m not usually one to write reviews but this one has me frustrated. I ordered their reversible fleece mid November. Since I hadn’t receive it I emailed them late December and they said the batch my fleece is in will arrive at their warehouse in January. It is now mid January and I still have not received my order. I contacted them again was told it’s with the courier (btw they use yodel and we all know that’s by far the worst shipping service) I contacted yodel and they said they have received the parcel information but not the actual parcel/item itself. I emailed Buchan again and was told it’s “in transit” to my address, and that the page to track was just being slow. I replied again saying that’s not the case as the yodel tracking page is been stuck on “we have it” for 8 days and yodel only told me yesterday that they don’t have the physical item so there is no way they have it now and is in transit but the page hasn’t updated- I’m still waiting for a reply and my parcel. What on earth is this shipping and customer service.

My order (as christmas present for my son) didn't arrive (since 20.12.2025), can not be located and I don't get an answer to all my E-Mails I sent to Buchan. Also by phone no one is available.

Unfortunately I can not recommend to by at Buchan.

If you want to return you need to pay an extra 9 euro, i send an email and the answer was that it was my problem. So think 3 times before you buy something.

I adore the clothes! They're so comfortable, and I love wearing them! The store employees are also very friendly. I'll definitely come back and buy more!

I ordered a hoodie, but apparently my size was no longer available. Without any hassle, they let me choose a more expensive replacement and sent it to me instead. Great service and very thoughtful! I’m really happy with the quality and how everything was handled. 👌

I ordered shoes, they are to small. I’M waiting for the retun label , already for +\-2 weeks. Still no label and refund.
No respons to email or whattsapp.
I wil never order again.

I ordered a pair of jeans in December 2024, the jeans then didn’t get delivered and after complaining for over a month I got a response and after they failed to resend the jeans I got a email out of no where saying my order had been cancelled without my knowledge, I did eventually get a full refund and a €10 voucher which I was very grateful for. However when I came to use my voucher, I also used a promo code for free delivery. After I placed my order, I got sent an email saying my order would be cancelled as the price of the item is less than the delivery therefore it wouldn’t be delivered. It’s fair to say I won’t be buying from them again.

Horrible in all aspects. Do not buy.

In the first place, the colour was off, I ordered the white one and it was grey.
It's very expensive and you have to pay everything.
The customer service is very bad, they contradict themselves plus sometimes they do not answer or ignore you.
I returned it. They told me that they didn't recieve the package, but they did. They were a month saying that, until I sent all the proof and they finally did something. They allegedly sent the money but I haven't recieved it yet.
I lost many time and money with this shop. I can't stress enough how tired and dissapointed I am.
5 months.
It's not worth it. Definitely won't buy again.
