Amazing friendly service
This is an amazing service. Fiona is super friendly and beyond helpful. You can tell she is the biggest animal lover and she will go beyond to make sure you and your pet get the advice and care you need. ❤️. I highly recommend this service to everyone and anyone. Super easy, super quick appointments, amazing reassurance and help for your little furbabies. Thanks so much Fiona and Buddycare. 😻

I tried out the new nurse consultation…
I tried out the new nurse consultation service with Fiona and it is extremely informative. I received an email afterwards detailing what had been said and this was all for free!
It is an absolutely excellent service to have as it covers everything a vet would help with and more such as behaviour and diet questions.

Free consult gave great results
I took a free video consult with vet nurse Fiona. Explained that our little dog had grown some curious lumps on his body. Our vet wanted £100s to take a sample from them but as they were quite small we decided to just leave them and see if anything nasty happened.
I explained the size, type of bump etc and that his skin seemed a bit crawly/sensitive to touch. Fiona asked about the food he had and then recommended another type.
We swapped him to they and within a few weeks his lumps are gone! She also recommended a powder to add to his food to help clean his teeth and they're much improved.
Buddycare staff genuinely care about the pet, and give great advice. The vets often seem to be more focused on preparing huge quotes £££. These little changes have improved our dog's health for next to nothing!
