Scam: connection through Mexico
Budget Air sold ticket with transit through Mexico, without informing traveller that visa is necessary and can’t be obtained online, but only with appointment in embassy.
Of course it was impossible to board the flight and I did not get a refund.
This is such a scam.

My wife made a mistake in the selection…
My wife made a mistake in the selection of the date for the flight. We were told we couldn’t change the flight and to cancel the flight would cost $105/flight, which is ridiculous. We will NEVER book with your organization again.

Forced insurance.
I didn't click anything about insurance but insurance was added to final total. Cost of said insurance was 50% booking cost. I immediately contacted them saying I do not want need or chose any insurance and they say it's in refundable. Literally book with any other company this is a joke.

Safe to buy airline tickets by Budgetair. I was afraid to book with BudgetAir…
I was afraid to book with BudgetAir since my first time buying my ticket from this site, but they gave the best fee offer and it was so convenient to book my ticket online with them. My flight is Aug 7th, but now I feel safe & relieved to see how professional their booking online site is. Thank you. I do hope it all goes well to the day I return back home.
