This is full bullshit
I did book a flight from luanbajo to makassar and now you are telling me my flight is from makassar to luan bajo.
When i verify with companys nothing has change.

They are The worst

They are The worst! They change a flight, give confirmation, then an email regarding cancelation.. So now no flight! DO NOT USE THEM!

Great prices

It was a great site which got me the lowest prices tickets but I dont know why it wouldn't update the purchasing part in regards to filtering the correct age group. It did it several times in which I finally got frustrated and now have to call them to update my sons birth year. Pretty annoying!

DONT TRUST BUDGETAIR

People really need to be careful on what websites you use online. This website is not Optimal at all and it defrauded me. This website should not be trusted AT ALL. Anyone saying that you should use this app wants you to get robbed. Please research and use other websites for booking. BudgetAir should not be used by anyone.

HIDDEN COSTS

HIDDEN COSTS. I purchased 2 tickets together for a journey with a 2 hour layover. This agency sent me a ticket with two different PNR codes meaning my luggage would not be transferred at the layover airport which was not specified at the time of purchase. I called within 24 hours to ask for a refund but I was denied this despite being within the 24 hours grace period. I subsequently had to pay an additional £87 PER PASSENGER for my luggage to be transferred. I WILL BE AVOIDING THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE.

trouble from start to finish

trouble from start to finish, the customer service team is a useless joke, no one can speak fluent English and when i asked for a supervisor on two seperate occasions they put the phone down on me, i then started receiving suspicious messages and calls from people claiming to be budgetair, so someone is obviously selling my contact details to shady scam companys, never ever booking with budgetair again, they are disgraceful

The website kept crashing and prices kept increasing.

The website kept crashing, and the price kept increasing. Every time I attempted to resume the transaction after a crash, the price would rise. It was truly appalling. I will never use this website again.

$200 cheaper than the airline’s direct price.

I just made my payment and got my…

I just made my payment and got my confirmation back less than half hour, then I changed my mind and liked to cancel my ticket. I was told that I had to pay $70 for the process even I haven’t received my tickets yet. I will no longer use BudgetAir anymore in future. Also, I was waiting for a few hours to get help on line.

I booked my flight yesterday and…

I booked my flight yesterday and discovered the dates are wrong. I called customer service and said they cannot cancel nor change my flight or give me a refund. When I spoke to customer service I asked to transfer to the manager. The guy I was speaking to put me on hold for a while and then picked up the call again and it was literally the same guy and not the manager I was “transferred” to. I called Frontier Airlines to see if they can help. They said they are unable to find my booking which is suspicious. I still do not understand how I cannot just modify the dates of the flight and pay extra if needed when I just literally booked the flight the day before. Anyway, I would think twice before booking with Budget Air again. I called my bank and filed a claim. Hopefully this review will save someone some money and inconvenience.
