Bud Rescue and Recovery Ltd Reviews 

Having had a horrible stressful time with the RAC trying to get our car towed, finally we were put in touch with Bud Rescue & Recovery and the delightful Emma whose calm manner nearly brought tears to my eyes! Emma was also clear with arrangements and Nathan, our driver, arrived on time and did everything they said they would with efficiency and professionalism. Much appreciated and many thanks.

I broke down on the M25 in the rain on my motorbike. They tried their hardest to help me under some very challenging circumstances with the weather and the roadside rescue company Royal Enfield provide. They got me and the bike home. So I can't ask for more.

After hitting a pot hole,and bursting a front tyre,I contacted mini assist, who in turn contacted Bud to recover my car, I would just like to say how professional and helpful they were, owing to the time of day the car had to be taken to their storage yard until the morning when it could then be taken to Mini for repairs, the men at the storage facility were so helpful offering me tea and coffee while a taxi was arranged for me to get me home.and a special thanks to the recovery driver who was so friendly and helpful. Excellent service from Sarah on recovery. She recovered a Porsche on her flat bed when another company said it couldn't be done and needed a easetrac. She was professional and her positivity about the job was amazing and brilliant to hear. Thank you for your help you are my new favourite recovery driver.

Piotr picked me and my vehicle up ahead of schedule. He was very courteous and a true professional. Nice riding with him in the cab and was unflappable reversing his huge truck down a small lane where the garage was located. Well done!

cant keep to appointment times postponing recivery over 4 times now been waiting nearky 5 hours to be towed home when they couldve paid for a taxi or sent a deliveroo or uber for food . waste of time using these they wont arrive in the specified 1 hour time slot . its more like 6 hours waiting time . useless service and unhelpful when telephoned to ask for report they just make excuses

I was helped by amazing agent Piotr in Hatfield business park tonight.He took his time to ensure that me and my 10 year old daughter were ok and confident enough to drive off! Not only that but Piotr went out of the way to explain what I need to do to enhance my vehicles battery life. What an amazing and helpful person! He definitely is a massive asset to your the company!

This company is brilliant, very polite & pleasant, spoke to a few ladies on the phone, such lovely & helpful people. The recovery driver Piotr, was very professional, very friendly & had a good sense of humour, rescue through the AA, however I wouldn’t hesitate to use these guys again.

My car was delivered all the way from London to Mansfield promptly and without any problems. The tow truck operator, Pitor, carefully maneuvered my car onto my driveway without issue.

Piotr helped me with a blow out on the M25. He arrived quickly and from start to finish his service was fantastic. He was professional throughout and went above and beyond to help me, not only recovering the vehicle but finding and taking me to a tyre fitter.
Would highly recommend, a nice person doing a great job.
