Very bad quality, had to use the warranty service of the online webshop i bought them from already twice after couple of months. Hope others do the same so they hopefully start to understand that they have to change their production process. This is just ridiculous in times in which sustainability is so important.

The shoe platform sole split after 1 and a half years of use. For the amount payed I’m very disappointed and won’t be buying again.

As everyone else says, the boots cannot survive a year.
It's a shame because they're comfy and fit very nicely. I bought them 3 times in a row because I'm stupid obviously. I kept hoping that it was the store's fault but I don't think so.

I don't understand why they are so lousy, because in the past I had much cheaper (1/4 of the price) PU boots from another manufacturer and they lasted for years.

I am really disappointed. because they could have been the best, but decided to go cheap

I bought the Buffalo Corin shoes twice.
The first pair my sole cracked after +- a year.

I decided to buy another pair because I really like how they sit etc, decided to be more careful with them (even though i've seen tons of cases of others with the same problem).

Not even a year further and they are broken again.

Customer support tells me to go where I bought them for a refund, even though I feel like this is Buffalo's fault and not the store. So not helpful at all, a year ago I didnt even get a reply on my mail

I got the boots last season, wore them for like two months all together and I pulled them out this winter, wore them a couple of times and my soles started to develop holes inside, so when I walk, my foot is on a hole in the front part of it. And also, the glue around the sides is starting to let loose. They are overpriced and will never, ever, buy this brand again!!!

Read the reviews - the soles are poorly designed and split after only a few uses. I used to have several pairs of Buffalos in the 90s and 00s and they were great, but the modern ones suck. The "vegan" leather is flimsy and wears quickly and the soles break under the ball of your feet where it bends. Instead of being solid, the sole is hollow with a rubber criss-cross pattern. That part collapses and your feet fall through the empty sole, making them unwearable. You can get Doc Martens for not much more money which will last a lifetime. Don't buy this crap

Ordered through their website, charged £29.49 for delivery and now UPS are telling me that I have to pay £59 for import charges. it is in their small print on the order, this should be stated very clearly for all to read before ordering.

Wouldn’t give even 1 star but have to. Bought classics boots in black vegan , peeled off after not even a week of wearing and not even 1 month after all the glue couldn’t hold any longer ?! Not really costumer friendly and lost money , still wearing them but they look super damaged and wouldn’t consider to buy from buffalo ever again. Super sad because I liked them a lot few years ago and the products looking nice but after my experience and reading other reviews wouldn’t consider to buy ever again !

Bought buffalo chais in February, by july both soles have broken in half and i have been told to get a refund i have to take them to the store i bought them in which is 5 hours away. Dont waste your money

Order platforms but it's come all with damage, glues leftovers and black marks. Absolutely unhappy...

Bought 2 pairs of 7.5 us buffalo platforms. Size Eur 38. Both are to big. I didn't realize they don't do returns or exchanges. I was disappointed so I went to poshmark and ordered a pair of used 6.5 us buffalo platforms....... in their brand somehow is also a size Eur 38! How does a 6.5 and 7.5 shoe fit the exact same ? It makes 0 sense and I lost so much money.

The shoes are expensive but do not last not worth your hard earned cash.

bought a pair of £120 buffalo london boots.
Felt amazing at first, but after 3 times wearing them (a few hours each around town) the soles are deteriorating and are now incredibly painful to wear.
less than 6 months old and probably only had 6 hours wear, very disappointed. the cost is entirely in the name, not the quality.

Should be £40 shoes for the quality you’re getting.

After 2 months both sole split in 2 on.bpth shoes, terrible , paied 120 British Pounds. Otherwise comfortable to wear.

Bought chunky buffalos two years ago, after couple months of barely wearing them the platform broke in half for both of the shoes. Bought another pair 9 months ago. Same thing, but this time they broke even faster. Paying over 100£ i would expect they would last more than 3 months. Sad, cuz they are the best looking chunky shoes, but basically SHEIN quality but overpriced.

had the knee high combat boots for around 4 months, the platforms on both shoes came off on the same day. took them to get fixed and found out that the issue was caused by a design flaw

Bought a pair of Buffalo Chai vegan trainers for £100 and after only about 6-7 months of wear, both soles broke in half!

I bought them via Asos, and when i contacted Buffalo directly to enquire about the quality of their shoes, i received a reply literally within 1 second, telling to contact the retailer and taking no responsibility for their product!

This made me quite suspicious as it was clearly an automated message and I though "whoa, how many complaints must they have had to setup something like this?!??...then i looked at the reviews (whish i did it beforehand). Whoa indeed!

The fact that they have a bot just spewing out a pre-written fobbing off email without even bothering to read their customers' feedback says it all.

What an absolute garbage company! Avoid them at all cost and do not waste your money or their badly made shoes!
