I wanted to cancel my order cause I ordered the wrong size, never got a confirmational email. Few days later, I got an invoice with the message that it has been sent. After contact with costumer service, they told me that it says on the website that you can not cancel your order.
They claim that it is legal since they are a big company (best argument ever!)

Returning would cost me 45 euros for 80 dollar shoes, again ridicilous policy.

Received a message that the order has been delivered -- of course it did not ...

Now I have to send my ID and fill in form by hand (so print, scan, etc) so they can start investigation to prove that the package had never arrived.

Worst webshop experience EVER. Costumer service are incapabe people who can just copy parrot company's policy but not give any reasonable argument as to where it is stated in European law that any of this is legal..

NEVER buy from Buffalo, please don't support this criminal organisation via resellers as well. It will leave you frustrated and exhausted.

First time i bought Vegan Aspha’s with a chain. After four months they had huuuge holes in the inside of the shoes. I thought it may have been faulty shoes.
I returned them and bought again, Vegan Aspha’s with a different kind of chain, you can’t get ur foot in with the chains closed, when you have your feet in with the chains open, you can’t close the chains. Also i have heard lots of people have trouble with the soles, so it’s just a thing.

extreme bad quality of shoes and outrageous service

Tried to order it 3 times and never recieved the shoes. First attempt was for Black friday, after three weeks I did not recieve my order and now did I get a refund. I emailed them, and after that I finally got my money back. Tried to order 2 more times, same story! Never got my shoes and I needed to email them for a refund.

Horrible costumer service.
Ordered boots on Black Friday. They wrote to contact them after 7 days if the boots don’t arrive.
I waited 2 weeks and still nothing.
I contact them and they say I have to wait so that they will open an investigation with the post company.
After waiting another 2 weeks still no updates from them, I contact them only to hear that the package had been allegedly delivered. They sent me the progress of my package from the post to “prove” that the boots had been delivered and that was the end of the case on their part. No boots, no money back.
Shame on them.

Bought my first buffalo vegan pair, within 2 weeks the paint chips off.
So badly that they dont look nice at all anymore !!!
Really bad material quality, "vegan" in this case means cheap fake leather/plastic.
Quality compared to the price is not realistic.
I will not get the vegan ones in the future again.

Never received the shoes or my money back. Beware.

I bought a pair of buffalos back in september and it tock 3 weeks to arrive. We are talking over two weeks and i had to email and call to germany to their office to get them to send my shoes. Then they arrived. Then for Black friday i bought another pair, they arrived within a week but they send med a size 37 when I ordered a 41… like Really!? And then i have to pay to get my money back? For their mistake!!! Worst company ever it should be boycotted really

They look great they are comfy but the outer design patter (croc leather) started to pilled of with thing days of purchased. Even they wear not looking good I still wear them but now after !0 months of using them just on weekends the sole has broken from left to right on the front part of the shoe when its bends when walking.
Massively disappointed they are NOT CHEAP and QUALITY IT IS HORRIBLE. They should look more into their manufacture to sell at those prices.

Split sole in about 7 months of fair use.

I have been wishing for Buffalo ankle boots forever and was so happy when I finally had money to buy them, as they are quite expensive. I loved them, but have soon noticed that they are impossible to clean. The are in beige and when they get darker stains, nothing gets them off! The worst part is after only about 4 months the soles started peeling and crumbling off, they didn't even last a year! Very disappointed. :(

Designed to be admired, not worn. Bought Buffalo CLD Chai Sneakers in white last year, and within a week the fake Nappa leather started peeling off the tips and the plastic soles and mesh turned brown and impossible to clean. No amount of sneaker protector or waterproof coating can prevent this. So a month ago I stupidly decided to get a pair of Buffalo Boots CLD Corin Mid Trainers in black thinking they might not get so dirty since made of different material. Wore them about 10 times, indoors only and being extremely cautious but to no avail - the plastic soles are crumbling already and the fake leather is all cracked. Zero customer service, no refund possible. It's an overpriced scam, DON'T DO IT.

Bought shoes from Buffalo because it was recommended to me. Email said that if I don't hear from them within 7 days, I can claim shoes lost and get a refund. I called them on the 7th day and they said "your shoes will arrive today" and sent me the link. My shoes didn't arrive that day, nor the day after (Saturday). I was contacting then on Monday and they sent me another tracking link. In the evening this was canceled again. I called them and said that I am waiting since Friday. Rude lady said I am lying and they have record that my shoes should have arrived on that day but instead I have to pick them up next day from the post office. She said I will not be able to get a refund unless the shoesare sent back. They have no responsibility over the shipment and it's not their problem.
Lucky those shoes weren't lost and I managed to pick them up. But customer service is the worst. Don't buy from them!

Simply cancelled an order without any explanation.

For starters, the website defaults to euros even when the country is listed as GB.
Then there is a minimum spend of 170 euros? why?
I'd like to buy but they won't let me and they don't respond to emails.

Throughout my life I bought only two pairs of shoes from Buffalo. One was Corin CLD holographic and they only lasted around 3 days without damage. After those 3 days, the holographic layer started peeling off and they currently look absolutely terrible. The last pair of shoes I got from this brand was Corin CLD black and one year after purchasing them the soles broke in half on both shoes. In both cases I contacted the brand who was never helpful and always made it very complicated for me to sort the situation out. On Instagram, the shoes may look amazing, but don't let yourself get fooled: the products have no quality whatsoever and the customer service is poor.

This was horrible experience!!!! I love buffalo shoes, but they sold me a product which wasn't available anymore. I had to fill up the minimum cost of order so I bought another pair of shoes. Then without any warning, only the second product arrived, without saying sorry your first product is not available. I chatted to them and they said that it will be available soon so I should order it again!! I tried the second time and guess what, the same thing happened. I received only the second pair of shoes. They didn't accept to return and refund the second pair and they only gave me 20% dicount of next shopping. Do you think I want to shop with you again?!!!

After 1 year the whole intire shoe is destroyed. I wished I read the reviews before. My whole sole slit from side to side (I bought the vegan boots) I’m so sad because i loved the look of them💔

I spent £85 on vegan boots with thick soles for my daughter last year. We are on a super low income, but I tightened the belt and bought these things she obsessed over. Within four months, simultaneously, both soles spilt from side to side, right down to the insole. So I contacted their customer services. They told me to go to where I’d bought them, Foot Locker. And guess what Foot Locker said? ………. Yes!!!! It’s not their fault it’s Buffalo’s fault. So I go back to Buffalo, and guess what? Yes!!! It’s Foot Lockers fault. Now I should point out I have no cobbler experience, and I have never made a pair of shoes in my life, but, I’ve worn a few thousand pairs of them. I’ve NEVER seen a shoe or boot come apart like this. It’s obviously bad design, coupled with poor quality materials. But these GRIFTERS are preying on the Vegan community, knowing they will pay, over the top, for their wares. I want my money back. It won’t happen. They will do it to you too. Don’t buy anything from them unless you are wealthy and don’t mind if your boots fall to pieces in months. I feel absolutely f*cked over by them. £85 down the drain. AVOID AVOID AVOID

My heels exploded on a very expensive pair of buffalo classics and Buffalo customer services wanted nothing to do with it. I don't recall the retailer as they are over a year old; they are just saying contact the retailer. The manufacturer is taking no responsibility for a faulty product!
