The customer service we had from Armando Campos was above and beyond. He continued to help me out with questions I had and did it in a timely manner.

All of our needs were expertly taken care of by builddirect. We needed new Laminate flooring throughout the entire house as well as new moldings in every room. The whole process flowed seamlessly without us having to do much at all, which is exactly what we wanted. The hardest part was choosing the Laminate styles for our floors. Highly advise speaking to someone from sales who will guide you. We had minor issues with the flooring when it arrived but the customer success team helped and resolved the issue fairly quick. We give the highest marks to Rodolf who took the matter in his own hands and communicated with us at all times before resolving our claim. I would recommend the excellent quality and customer service to friends and family.

These aren't the best times for shipping, but they were quick with no damage and I'm super happy with the quality of the product. Only way I could be happier is if they installed it for me .lol would buy again.

The staff that man the phones was wonderful but the I would assume the 3rd party venders at the distribution centers need to do some Improvement Studies. Shipment was lost for 3 weeks and held up my project .

Great product everything was perfect, looking forward to do another floor.

Ordered beautiful solid wood flooring for a great price. Flooring was shipped way faster than expected. Perfect transaction.

First, the sample pieces of wood that were first sent to me were exactly like the flooring I received. I am very excited to receive wood flooring from Canada. Also, Armando Campos was super excellent in helping my family resolve a problem with some damaged boxes that we received in our shipment. I very much appreciated Mr. Campos' help as home remodeling can be very stressful. Much thanks.

Super easy process from ordering samples to the finished floor! It's beautiful!

Flooring looked great and heavy duty. Shipping was fast and easy and install wasn’t bad either (a little more difficult than life proof click lock but still not bad once you get the hang of it).
I called to order during one of the sales and the rep was very helpful. They also called to check in how the shipping went and how the install was going! Very helpful people.

I never thought I'd be writing a review for a building materials company, but wow -- I have been so impressed by BuildDirect's customer service, I just had to write. From helping us find the right flooring, answering our shipping questions, to helping us very quickly and effectively resolve an issue with floorboards that arrived damaged -- BuildDirect's customer service team has been kind, quick to respond, and just exceedingly helpful. For any future projects, we will definitely work with this company.

The vinyl flooring is of excellent quality much better than what they sell at local home improvement stores. Transaction was easy and FedEx dropped of the flooring on scheduled day and time. I will buy from BuildDirect again.

Great company to deal with, superb product easy to install. It took me under three weeks to get the job done working full time at my job and having to move the furniture around to accommodate replacement of the old floor.

My sales rep, Steve, was extremely helpful in making sure I ordered the correct amount and helping me choose the color that I wanted. I am anxious to order more to do some other rooms! A couple of pieces were chipped, but that is very normal during the shipping process. Everything was as described and easy to put together and looks nice.

I ordered flooring from BuildDirect which offered a great selection, really good prices and they delivered as they promised. I would definitely recommend them for any flooring or other home improvement project.

Build Direct had the best selection and the best pricing of all vendors I looked at - and they were online.. I ordered 42 boxes of laminate flooring from them which was shipped to me on time and as expected. When I opened a couple of the boxes of planks - the mfr had mis-embossed a few of them and they couldn't be used. I took photos of the defective planks and sent them to their customer service team and they immediately took care of the problem and shipped me 2 replacement boxes I will 100% be coming back to build direct for any future jobs. A specific shout out to Justine R in their Customer Service team - she was incredibly supportive and took immediate actions once the problem was reported. Love the finished product. Thanks again!
