Great flooring. I was a bit hesitant, due to the prices being so reasonable, but the flooring is high quality and just beautiful. We had a bit of a hiccup with shipping, but that was all on FedEx.

Thank you Anastasiia for promptly and professionally take care of my request to return 4 boxes (out of 67). It was very nice of you to go the extra step and find a way for me to go directly to FedEx. Once again, great flooring materials, all 67 boxes arrived quickly and without a scratch!

Love my floors they had a good price on the wood I wanted and the flooring is good for all around the house in any room!

Build Direct has been great from start to finish. They sent free samples and really helpful booklet about an introduction to flooring types. I was able to speak with a customer representative easily when I had a question and their delivery was fast and easy. The flooring is great quality and affordable! The only problem was it was hard to find transition molding that matched the roasted hickory flooring we purchased and it would have been helpful.

I had the most amazing experience with this company not too mention the product came when they said it would. Flooring went down well and love the quality of the flooring. I really like the fact I didn’t have to spend a fortune without compromising on quality!!! Will for sure use them again.

My first online experience with a flooring purchase, and I will definitely be coming back to BuildDirect. I’ve been laying floor for years and have never considered buying online, especially for larger purchases. However, my old ways of thinking quickly changed, I had ordered 6 or 7 samples that shipped directly to me FREE SHIPPING and decided to take a chance given the product being on sale. My pallet (approximately 1,000 square ft of laminate) shipped to me on time and as expected, I noticed that a few boxes on my shipment came damaged by the shipment carrier, this was of NO FAULT to BuildDirect. I took photos of the pallet and sent them to their customer service email and not long after I was able to speak with Ben and explained the situation. Ben was direct, open and willing to do whatever was necessary to remedy this situation. Ultimately I was able have new boxes shipped to me, no delays in the job deadline and without having to bother my client for more money. I will 100% be coming back to build direct for the next job. With just a little extra time planning, the time I saved in going to look at and pick up samples just to have to go back to special order a product and go back again to pick it up.. forget about it. I’d shop and stick with build direct for the customer service alone!

We are very happy with our engineered oak flooring from BuildDirect. Working with Justine Kelly made everything much easier. From getting samples to walking us through the order and delivery, the whole process went smoothly. Our flooring arrived quickly and since the flooring was so well packed we didn’t have any damaged boards. Would definitely recommend BuildDirect and will most likely use them again for future flooring projects.

This flooring is Great ! Because of the thickness is very forgiving. If the instructions are followed is easiest plank flooring have ever installed. Will use again.
