I’ve been a Builderall customer since I’ve started my business, and unfortunately this recent experience has been extremely disappointing.
My business relies heavily on website quote forms to generate daily leads. On February 20th, my website stopped properly sending quote submissions to my email. Since then, the issue has remained unresolved.
I contacted support on Friday, February 20th at 11:26 AM. As of Monday morning (February 23rd), the problem is still not fixed. On top of that, response times from support have been over 24 hours between replies. It makes it nearly impossible to troubleshoot anything when you have to wait a full day just to hear back.
This issue directly impacted my business. I normally receive 1–2 leads per day through this form, and I’ve now lost over a week of potential customers due to a malfunction that has not been addressed in a timely manner.
What’s most frustrating is not just the technical issue — it’s the lack of communication and urgency from customer support. For a paid service, especially one that businesses rely on, this level of support is unacceptable. And even if you email them like I have twice as well as tried to open tickets to get this fixed with customer service they will not respond to your emails.
I truly hoped this would be resolved quickly, but after 8+ days without a fix and extremely slow responses, I’ve made the decision to move my business elsewhere.
I hope Builderall improves their response times and support systems for other business owners who depend on their platform.

If you are unlucky enough to have a problem on a friday, you are cooked, no one answers on weekends, no support , no help nothing. lost out on thousands of $ of sales because of the incompetency of this company. Last week friday everything went blank again, all of our websites, of course reached out to support , no answer until monday, no sales for 3 days.... avoid like PLAGUE !! absolute scammers

My affiliate account was terminated on 8 July 2025 despite meeting Builderall’s activity policy. I had a confirmed paid referral on 22 May, yet I lost access to both my account and commissions to date with no warning.

As a former Top 100 affiliate of builderall, I'm warning others: Builderall refused to pay my $1,000 payout. This was from existing, RECURRING commissions that I had already earned.
Their reason was I'm "no longer actively promoting."
So, Builderall keeps the loyal customers I brought them and collects their monthly fees, but has decided to cut me off from my share.
This shows that the "passive income" they promise is not real. Once you stop making new sales, they take away the revenue you already secured. Be very careful before investing your time and effort in their program.

Yes you read that correctly. They allow you to bypass this twice only per list. It used to be the perfect platform. Their email .marketing system is very complicated You cannot easily send an email to all subscribers but by individual list. Even their support don't know how to do this!! If you are a serious business consider an alternative.

I unsubscribed and stopped using Builderall 5 years ago. I referred over $10,000 worth of business to them via affiliate referrals. They said that once a user unsubscribes, they lose access to ALL pending and previous commissions with no way to get it back. Talk about a scam. Moreover, after unsubscribing 10 times and contacting support to stop receiving their newsletters, they still keep spamming me with their emails. Have tons of screenshots and images to prove everything. Support team keeps saying they will "remove me from the list" and never do to this day.

They website says "world class customer support. I highly disagree
3 weeks of emails, no solouton and hardly any communication , they respond every 3 or 4 days
I have been a customer since 2019 paying each month and my website has disappeared.
I can't even log on to my account. A simple password reset cannot even be resolved by builderall
The person replying to me in the emails completely ignores my questions and when I tell him that I've tried that they have suggested to fix the problem and it isn't working, he completely ignores this.
Very very frustrating
I cannot get in touch with anyone via twitter or Facebook either, they is no phone number, nothing, so I can't get help anywhere
Strongly worded emails asking to speak to management or someone over the phone is ignored.
Looks like I'm going to have to give up, start a new website from scratch and lose all the money I have given to builderall with no service

I started using Builderall 1 weeks back. In this week itself, I have seen that my website stopped responding at least 2 times.
I was lucky to know this as one of my Facebook AD was seen by a friend and he figured out that website is down. I am not sure how many clients I would have missed because of this issue.
After Republishing it again, I am trying to check at least 3-4 times per day.
Again I saw the same thing happen today.
I have written it to their customer support, but not sure how would they help me.
They ask for information, when the website was down.

If I were available to give a 0 rating I would. There are multiple kinks STILL (yet 2 years later) in this system but that's just a start. My main issue is I've generated commissions they will NOT release to me because it hasn't reached their threshold, and of course the only way to meet their threshold is to continue to refer others. WHY WOULD I DO THAT?! Give me my earned commissions. So you want me to spend more money to get my earned commissions? SCAM. NEXT, I paid an additional month so that I could get my clients content OUT of the system and requested a refund the next day (since I will NOT be using the system for the month I just paid for yesterday)... no dice. No refunds because I generated commissions LAST YEAR (2021) that you WILL NOT SEND ME?! That's ridiculous!

I've been using Builderall for over 4 years (hopeful that it would ever work as it should), and I have the same opinion and had very similar experiences as so many others have already shared here:
"It is about the worst support I have ever encountered. They don't say much that you don't already know. Like they don't even listen or read what you are asking... Just shameful... Poor service".

I have been building websites for 15 years and prior to moving over to Builderall used a bunch of different platforms (all the main big name ones) ... honestly nothing compares for ease of use and value for money. It's a learning curve - but they all are - push through it's SO WORTH IT!!
Im very happy with the product, didn't like builderall a couple years ago but they have really improved and now its my favourite website builder tool !
