Not Happy

I used builderall for 3 days and then it went down and doesn't seem to be coming back any time soon. I can access the home page but nothing else. My diagnostic tool says the site is online but it is not loading. I already know that! So I am paying a monthly subscription for a non functioning service. Not happy. No support.

put up with poor service to save money

I have signed up for builderall under an affiliate. My main purpose was to build my business site and use all their wonderful features that saves a lot of money in the long run. The affiliate who signed me up was in the same business as me, and was showing me just all builderall could do. So I signed up, paid for a better part of the year but I wasn't as ready to get all my ducks in a row. Once I did, the lady completely disappeared. She said she was doing something else now. when asked if she could direct me to someone who can help, crickets. I wrote support because I was having issues getting started, they have so many training videos that don't answer your question or maybe they will maybe they won't but first you should review all 3 hours of them to find out... If you contact support, it is about the worst support I have ever encountered. enough to bring you to tears. it takes about 9 hours to hear back, and they don't say much that you don't already know. Like they don't even listne or read what you are asking. They have an official facebook group with lovely people, and several other offshoots that hold 2 hr long classes at specific nights i'm already booked with clients. there are people in there that want to help, but fizzle out so you have to keep trying until you get someone who knows enough and in your timezone. they have people you can hire on their official website list, but if you contact them, they will either never respond, or some don't even link to anything, I've tried a couple and gave up. this site can do so much! but if you have no life and all the time in the world. just shameful. I will continue with them because I have so much blood sweat and tears already vested, but don't hold your breath when it comes to support from the company itself. if you already understand how to build sites etc. and can put up with poor service to save a few bucks....

support is super slow

support is super slow - takes 2-3 days to hear back on ticket and takes average over 3-4 hours on live chat.
And different support agents give conflicting info and some are rude or just give links to tutorials that don't have any relevant info related to issues.

they say unlimited subscribers but there's LIMIT on import and you need to pay extra for ADD ONs.
WP server included is pretty useless with HD, not ssd, limited features. Support didn't seem to have basic knowledge about WP and couldnt even understand my questions like staging site..

you see positive reviews bcuz of their pyramid skim, commissions. I won't recommend.

they are thieving; I am in the affiliate program and got affiliates, but my dashboard show 0; when I contact them; they told me that I have to pay a plan from them or send a new request to join the program hhhhh !!!!
how I get so new customers?? I am in the program and I have my affiliate's link !!! I never saw a thief like them

I was an affiliate for Builderall and…

I was an affiliate for Builderall and made many referrals. They promised that affiliates would never have to pay for a plan. I have screenshots to prove it. That all changed though soon afterwards. Now, I cannot even log in to my affiliate account at all. It says "user not found" even though I still get the Builderall emails. To summarize, their system is crap and they are run by liars.

I used ClickFunnels, Kajabi, and later on Kartra I can tell you there is no better software out there than Builderall.

And what I like about Builderall the most is the ease of use and seamless integration of all these different tools together.

Just terrible service and "support" is…

Just terrible service and "support" is practically nonexistent.

I responded to an ad for this company's MailingBoss product, when the company and the product were still new. They advertised a "lifetime" unlimited subscription that included the ability to import existing mailing lists, for a one-time flat fee. Just what I was looking for.

I did not get to working on the project for a few months. When I did, I found that their product would not let me import my mailing list. I contacted them, and they said that was an additional fee.

I explained that I had paid for that ability, and they said they had changed their policy. I explained that it was illegal to "change their policy" on something that was sold with lifetime access.

After long back-and-forth exchanges with their support department, I found the original ad, which I had saved, and showed it to them. They told me (very begrudgingly) that okay, they would make an exception and allow me to import my mailing lists.

A good bit of time has passed now, and I revisited their service. This time, not only could I not import my mailing list, I could not even access Mailing Boss. It said I had to "upgrade" to access it at all.

I contacted "support" and explained. They gave me the "our policy has changed" BS again. They also effectively claim to have no records of the support tickets where this matter was resolved the first time.

So in other words, I paid for a "lifetime" subscription, only to end up with, in effect, no subscription at all.

The word "fraud" might actually be appropriate here.

They have buggy softwares

They have buggy softwares. I have used ClickFunnels before and switched to BA for while, but it was a big mistake. Their service is poorly organised and the support is ridiculous. For live chat, I was waiting 2-3 days to get an answer. They also change the plan price very often. I highly recommend you stay away from Builderall.

Very expensive subscription, bad support and they have a complex UX to make it difficult for the users to stop the very expensive subscription
I don't advise you to use it there are many other alternatives with good price and excellent support

You'll find all the tools you need to increase your conversions and increase the sales of your company and more!,

Everything on a single Platform which is very good, they even sell domains.

You don't need to hire 10 platforms to integrate them into a single website.

Support is nice and helpful, if you need them they'll be there for you, to listen to any inquiry you may have.

You don't need to be much of a techie person to deal with most of the apps here, they're very easy to use.

They do have Blog, 2 eCommerce's to create your own store, Course creation for e-Learning, and they even have an Affiliate system to create your own Affiliation system.

Cheetah Builder is an incredible tool to use, very responsive and fast to load pages.

Definitely worth to try it out!, you won't be disappointed.

BUYER BEWARE! Don't even sign up for a $1 trial! Here's why

I signed up to Builderall on a $1 trial. It autorenewed 30 days later as you might expect. However, they refuse to refund me when it only just happened a day ago. They have some very strict autorenewal policy. They will autorenew without even sending a reminder email and won't cancel! The least they can do is send a friendly reminder beforehand, but in reality they should cancel and refund if requested within a day.

On top of that customer service is horrible to deal with. They are rude and don't listen. Every reply is just them throwing back their ToS as a response. They can't even have a nice and civil conversation. I tried talking to four reps and one manager. They seem to all be the same way. If their product was so great, would they really treat their customers like this?

It's a Brazilian company, not even US. I should never have signed up for the $1 trial. It's not even a good tool. Now they wasted my time and money. I hope other prospective users will be informed so they don't fall into the same trap as me... I have to dispute with my bank now. And oh btw they also blocked my account now, because I asked for a refund and wrote this review.

I watched this company evolve over the last four years and let me tell you, it's freaking amazing how far they've come to be the only true All in One Digital Marketing Platform.
There are some great platforms out there, however, none of them can compare to Builderall in ease of usability, GUI, training, and cost.
The owner of this company really listens to his users. He's more committed to building up Entrepreneurs than he is in the hype.

Not functional poor support

We had a professional web designer try and use this platform to set up sales funnels for our workshops. Four months of back-and-forth with slow and poor quality support on issues that never should have arisen.

This looks like such a promising platform but his problems that are systemic and they appear to have no understanding of why they have so many problems.

They recently upgraded their platform to a new platform under the same umbrella, and they have not upgraded any of their support videos to match. The new platform was definitely not ready to be launched. They’ve been forcing people over onto a substandard beta project which is a irresponsible thing to do.

Despite what looks like value there’s no value here if your time with your designers time has any value. It’s a black hole of trying to get it to do what it claims it should do, and cannot.

They have had more than enough time to get their act together and they’ve just failed. Too bad, because they spun off from the grossly overpriced click funnels. We needed an option but this is NOT it.

I have used both Clickfunnels and…

I have used both Clickfunnels and Builderall. I love Clickfunnels and learnt a lot, Russell Brunson is a great guy. BUT it cost me an awful lot of money and the training 100 club was expensive and I'm still paying for now.
Builderall was a bit confusing to begin with and it seemed to be bringing more tools out which got more confusing but now I find using their latest tool Cheetah is much better. There are lots of tools and the FREE training by Shelly Turner and a few of the other guys in the company is second to none, and its FREE. considering the cost between Clickfunnels and Builderall there is no comparison Clickfunnels cost me $297 a month compared to Builderall when I started it was $49 a month they have increased the price of my plan but I still pay what I signed up with. Eric Salgardo the CEO of Builderall genuinely cares about the business and the affiliates. So for my money I wouldn't change so I'm staying with Builderall to build my business by making websites and as an Affiliate with them. Thank you Eric and the team
