Dissapointed
The item I ordered could not be delivered as the only one available was damaged. These things happen but I am still waiting for a refund. Money was taken immediately but will not be refunded for 10 working days. I my opinion money should not be taken until a stock check is completed.

Saw a washing machine and purchased it from their site.... 3 hours later told they don’t have item in stock, but had one for £50 more and a lower spin speed... Had to wait 4/5 days for refund to turn back up in my account. My advise, Don’t advertise and take payment until you’re sure it’s in stock

Excellent value for money
Best price I found on the Internet, was unsure about ordering as I thought it was trade only. Top marks plus to the delivery driver. I was 200 miles away and he couldn’t find the property (it is rural). He found it via phone calls and even put the oven in the garage. Lucky for me as it was during storm Dennis and the garage flooded but the oven was safe as it was on a pallet. My only criticism would be that I received a message 2 hours AFTER delivery stating my delivery would be arriving. The track your delivery does not appear to be updated regularly. All in all I would order from this company again.
