Fast efficient and well priced.
We definitely be back with the next project.
Best of the best
Have used them three times already and it saves the hassle of googling and finding the best options for your job as the tradies message you with their profiles to pick. Simple to use and highly recommend.

I have used Builders Crack in the past. I live in Auckland and acting on behalf of my brother in hospital, the property and job was in Wellington, so it was easy to find a suitable Firm that could do the job with minimum hassle.

Trying to line up a tradie can feel daunting but Builderscrack made the process easy. I'll definitely use Builderscrack again.
Disappointing Response to Serious Complaint
After leaving an honest review for a tradie I used, I received a call from the tradesman who directed racial abuse at me, telling me to go back to where I came from, which was on speaker phone and heard by my wife and daughter. I reported this to Builderscrack with full details and proof of the call time. Their response? Because the tradesman gave a different story and I didn’t have a recording, they refused to act.
Their “zero tolerance” policy is a sham. Builderscrack protects tradies, not homeowners.

This website is complete bullshit they…
This website is complete bullshit they get you to subscribe to a plan and buy tokens . If you use your tokens to quote a job and the owner of the job doesn’t use you ?, you still lose those tokens that you spent . Also the token prices are ridiculous. $100 for 100 tokens , most jobs are maybe between 50 and 100 tokens . The homeowner can just pick your brains for a quote and muck you around and then if they choose not to use you, you lose those tokens. There is no refund and no security for the tradie . The homeowner doesn’t get penalised for mocking us around and wasting our time . If you are someone who just started a business and you want to use Builderscrack? , I 100% advise you to not waste your damn time and hard earned money with this website like I have .

Creating a job was easy but terminology was confusing
It was easy to create a job and upload pictures. And Builderscrack gave a good explanation of the sort of details that would improve the chance of getting the job picked up.
However, I found the terminology on the site confusing and I couldn't find a glossary or explanation of the terms.
On my first (and to date, only) job I saw a tradesman had taken interest in the job a few hours after it was posted. However, the tradesman was labelled as "Stopped Chasing". Did that mean they'd had second thoughts and decided not to apply for the job? Or did it mean I didn't get back to them fast enough, so I was the one considered to have "stopped chasing"?
The job was also labelled as "Dropped". Did that mean Builderscrack had cancelled the job for some reason? Or was it something to do with the tradesman, perhaps declining the job?
I looked through the help and couldn't find explanations of these terms. As I hadn't posted any jobs before (or since) I have no point of reference to compare to, to get an idea of what the terms mean.

Great service
Great service. This put me in touch with trades people who were available to do the job without me having to call numerous people who may not be interested in doing my job.
Also it is understood that I will get quotes which gave me choices.
