Usual rubbish result, like any of the known sites (TrustATrader, …) who offer to find a builder, plumber, etc., people say they will quote but never turn up, or turn up and then never quote. COVID May have give an excuse for longer lead times and demand, but where is the professionalism and customer courtesy?

Item delivered ahead of the lead time. Was of excellent quality and in preface condition.

The items never arrived. We have been going through customer services to deal with this and now they have stopped responding to emails and phone calls. We have asked for a refund and this has been nearly 3 months, but still no response.

Very pleased with the quality and price of the picnic table and Rowlinson Willington garden seat,had a problem with the original delivery but that was down to the courier,this was promptly sorted out by Dylan and Linzi.

This company have not yet delivered my goods, I have emailed them twice without receiving any information back apart from an automated message. They have no concept of customer service.

One piece arrived faulty but was sorted ASAP and another delivered promptly

Two weeks after I received the order confirmation, I had an email to explain there is no stock. I received a prompt refund but it was disappointing not to be contacted earlier and not to receive my order.

Planter is very good quality and delivery was excellent - we were notified of day and time in advance, as promised.

Ordered a small shed. Arrived quickly but a few parts were broken. Buildex very quickly got on to the the suppliers and new parts arrived again quickly. It is the service you get when there is a problem that really matters.

Delivery was great but we weren’t blown away by quality of the bin storage, flimsy locks and wood broken on lids, can’t be bothered to try to return as it was fiddly to build!
