Torn seam, no replacement/fix
I love this bag and use it as a gym bag, however the middle lining has ripped and it’s no longer usable. I bought it on 13 January and contacted them on 2 Feb when I realised. As it’s out of 365 day warranty they won’t do anything.
Has put me off as I have two other sizes - the smaller and the premium duffle which will be visible from my order history. Also bought my husband the same size. So have spent a bit of money with them. Wouldn’t have expected it to last less than a year.

Never received the orders this was apparently left by the courier on my doorstep and not with a neighbour.
Despite numerous emails to BFA to resolve the issue, no reply has been received.
Courier is unable to take any action until the matter has been raised by BFA. Which would be great but as they are not responding, I have no choice now to dispute this purchase with my bank. Not a very happy customer!!!!

Expected much better quality
For the price, I’m honestly disappointed with the quality. The stitching looks cheaply done and overall the backpack does not feel premium at all. It’s comparable to much cheaper products from sites like AliExpress.
It also has a strong plastic smell, and in many places you can see where costs were cut in materials and finishing. If I hadn’t already removed the label, I would have returned it.
Positive points: the size is good and the backpack is practical and well laid out.
Still, for this price point I expected much better quality. I would not buy it again.

Poor customer service
I purchased a 25l back back in November 2024. The bag ripped within three months.
I contacted Anastasia from BFA customer support, who denied sending a new bag or a refund but offered 25%. Anastasia claimed the rip was due to "user error".
25% off of £115 is not enough for a faulty product.

Great tote bag
My tote bag is absolutely fabulous! It has so much space is light and designed really well. I have always had a rucksack from BFA and wanted a change. The bag is well made, strong and the quality feels great.
