Great customer service & product
I received the wrong backpack initially from a discounted preorder and contacted customer services who were amazing. They sent out the correct one and provided a return label for me to send back the incorrect item as I wasn’t able to do the return / exchange on the porttal. The correct backpack also arrived super quick. Love the product, and a big shoutout to customer services for a very easy interaction.

Incredible service, exceptional products
Súper fast delivery and exceptional quality products. I ordered the 45l gym backpack and it is superior to all other gym bags I’ve had. I do strongman and CrossFit training so I have have a lot of kit and this bag fits a lot! The attention to detail is phenomenal. Very happy with my purchase and overall service. Will definitely be shopping with built for athletes again.

This is my second bag as my first bag developed a fault
The customer service received from built for athletes was very poor the bag was only a month old but they tried to tell it was out of warranty kept fobbing me with what stress the bag been under and what you been using it for etc
I had to tell them about there 365 day policy on faulty goods and trading standers before they offered me a full refund when all I wanted was an exchange this went on through emails for about 3 days
Final got a new bag that’s it nothing Else very stressful

I absolutely loved the previous BFA…
I absolutely loved the previous BFA training shirts - they were a great fit and I was disappointed that I missed out on adding the Forest Green to my black and navy tops! So when the new shirts eventually arrived online I couldn’t wait to put in an order (I went for the blue)…
Unfortunately, they’re just not the same. A different material, design and fit. It’ll just take some getting used to I guess because the previous shirts were absolutely perfect, but these are a downgrade in my opinion. If it’s not broken, don’t change it!
