I was very surprised, and pleased how fast the order arrived. I also appreciated Anna emailing me to inform me that a few of the bulbs had been broken, and that I would be credited the price of the broken bulbs. Very honest company! I will DEFINITELY be shopping BulbAmerica again!

They sent me the wrong lightbulbs. I ordered candle chandelier bulbs with 3200K (kelvins), and they sent me ones with 2600K. Very different brightness. Very disappointing - now I have to go to the trouble of returning them.
