Love the products but won’t be buying again because returns need to be sent to Poland and at your own expense and it’s almost as expensive as the purchase itself. Real shame! If you are selling in the Spanish market, you should have returns available either in Spain or subsidised/nominal costed returns to Poland.

I tried to cancel a product but they don´t have the option on the website. I beleive they do it in purpose so you HAVE TO BUY. By the time the customer service replied to me, they had already sent the goods and now I have to wait to receive the item...
ALL BIG websites have this option available.
There is no excuse to add a simple button to cancel an order, this is 2024 already!!
UPDATE: I have been told that i must send the product to Poland in order to be able to return the Item. This is crazy, I live in Spain and they know that. Obviously they want to force people to buy. TERRIBLE service. Don t buy from them.
