Beef Protein Isolate 97 (HydroBEEF™) WAS a great product. I used it multiple times. THIS TIME when I ordered it, I noticed many changes, the powder does not dissolve as it used to previously, thus producing many lumps, the taste is not very pleasing and the overall texture is not desirable. I do not know what happened to their manufacturing process, but the overall satisfaction I have from the product is extremely low for this batch. I would honestly like to have a replacement or a refund on this. DISAPPOINTED!

delivery times are extremely long
I have ordered a few times from bulk and always had issues with delivery. As of today, 16 days passed and I still have not received my order (nor any useful update). Estimated delivery dates announced on website are pretty always inaccurate. I will be looking for alternative shops online; Amazon provides delivery within 24 hours, this might be a better (and cheaper) alternative.

The normal vegan bars are the worst tasting products I have ever bough. The other vegan bars are fine. I am told I have to pay to return them, which I will, because I cannot eat them.

2nd experience with Bulk and not last.
This time I ordered 3x vegan protein 1kg:
-Lated Caramel
-Peanut choco
-No flavour
Also oat flour and aminoacid tablets.
I really like all of it, I like to mix flavour protein with no flavour one if not it is too sweet. I rather like the caramel latte, the peanut choco I will not repeat but it is not bad.
The oat flour it is nicer than expected.

Issues with delivery, but was fixed immediately
The product arrived in time. Although, the cashew butter box came all cracked, and the butter spilled out inside the carton box, they were quick to fix this and sent a replacement case immediately. The butters are very delicious, and I thnk BUlk is the only company that doesn't uses maltitol or sorbitol to sweeten their protein powders. Which is a BIG plus from me.

The packaging could be better but…
The packaging could be better but overall I'm very pleased with the products. I bought the Isolate Protein strawberry flavor, which tastes very good and has a good texture! I said it is the best of all the ones I tried before...
I also bought the unfavorable collagen, and it also dissolves super well and doesn't modify the taste of my morning coffee! Will buy them again
