We're very sorry to hear that our Vegan Protein Powder wasn't what you were expecting.
Our vegan products, all have a very subjective and almost 'earthy' taste due to the natural ingredients and the characteristics of the products, especially when unflavoured.
They can take a little time to get used to, as they are made with Protein sources from Brown Rice, Quinoa and Pea Proteins. This can cause the texture to be a little bit gritty, unlike whey protein.
What we can suggest is to try a plant-based milk alternative, this will help with the flavouring to come through, or possibly mix this powder into a smoothie with some other products such as Cocoa powder or frozen berries. This will help to mask the taste and possibly the texture that you are unhappy with.

Terrible costumer service
Unfortunately, I've been having terrible costumer service for a while. In a quick time span, I've become a regular costumer, ordering many things in the past month. However, I've been feeling nothing but frustration with how you communicate with your costumer. One day, I simply could not log in on my account, with the following message "yout account has been temporarily disabled". Then, I received a message telling me one of my orders had supposedly been canceled. In truth, it hadn't. Finally, one of my latest orders was expected to arrive on Friday 7. Then on Monday 10. Now, on Wednesday 12. God knows what will happen with my other latest order. I simply don't know if I can trust you any longer, which means that I don't know if I can trust you with my money, even though I really tried to like the company.

Great price and quality

It is ok
It is ok, some prices are good, other not so much. Quality not very high, sugar free products not tasty as they use sucralose. My delivery took more than a week, and they sent a box twice the size nessasary full of paper. It was really hard to get it home from the post office.
