I have ordered from Bulkbuddy in the past with good success. Unfortunately on my previous order they did not have the product in stock even though it showed there was lots when I ordered. They cancelled half of the order and converted my $400 into 40000 of there points. On my current order I spent $500 including attempting to use my 40000 points.
This time the order has been cancelled outright.
I have been trying to contact them now for four days asking what is going on with my order.
No RESPONSE yet - nothing!
The customer response is horrendous.

Horrible customer service and follow up. I’ve been trying to get in touch with customer service about a delivery issue—zero response. Funny enough, they do reply quickly if you have a question about purchasing something. I was forced to pay $25 for express shipping after the site said “add $5.76 more for free shipping.” So I did. Then at checkout, express was the only option available. I paid for 1–4 day shipping, but they didn’t even create the label for three days—and when it finally shipped, it went regular mail. No refund. No credit. No explanation. Just silence. But sure, ask about a product before buying? Replies instantly. After the sale? Good luck.

Second shipment short. Contacted customer support. They replied fast and said sorry can you take a picture for us. I took a picture and sent to them and heard nothing back.

Had a shipping problem but team BB took care of it ( a bit of delay ) got my stuff and got some extra points for further orders ! Good job !

I’ve ordered from them for about 9 months. Always on time and good price and quality. That is until this time. They have taken my money and ghosted me. The chat line is useless and nobody returns emails. Absolutely terrible customer service. They have no phone number so I’m basically SOL
Don’t buy from these scammers. You will get burned eventually
Well after 10 days they decided to rectify the situation. Sent my products with a small upgrade and all seemed back to normal ……well
Update on June 27
My very next order, they get it lost by Purolator. They send me an email 2 days later to say it’s lost but the good news is we will give you a credit. 4 days later they don’t answer, my credit order is on hold and I’m still without answers and its a long weekend. These guys are scam artists. They should have just sent out another order but apparently it’s not what they do. They give you a credit that you can’t seem to use and then ignore your inquiries and emails. Use other reliable sources people. Tried to work with them again but the customer service is the worst!!!!!

Has anyone been able to get these guys to respond to a message? I’ve been messaging them for weeks now. Trying to get the limit released so I can pay.

I placed an order for $750 that I never received. I sent several emails without ever receiving a response, so I simply lost $750. I do not recommend you at all.

Perhaps the complaints are from other weed stores because they can't compete with $12 ounces?

On April 11 2025 place an order which I never received and after a month of trying to get a hold of them with no reply, I left a review on here to which they finally responded to. I will say they didn’t give me a reason to why they never responded or what happened to my order but they said that they would make it right and they did. They credited my account with what I lost plus extra and I placed another order which I received in 3 days. So I will say they did do the right thing in the end so I will give them credit for that, but it was a bit frustrating at the time.

Things were looking grim with my previous supplier so I was looking for a new one and someone recommended me this site. Put my first order in, got it 72 hours later and it is 10% extra in weight. So no complaints!

I did 2 separate orders, both arrived on the same day. The price was good I think, have got similar quality from other places just paid way more. Thanks I guess...

This was the first place from where I ordered and I have been with them all through these years. The service has only gotten better over time and the product has improved. I understand that it can be seasonal but I still think their strains are much stronger now.

I just wanted to test them... this was 2 years ago and I've been with Bulkbuddy all the way after the very first order. Good security, they know how to pack and ship. Thank you

I suffer from chronic pains, this helps a lot and helps me to live a normal life. The price doesn't seem bad either.

A day or two late is not an issue for me. They do ship on time (most of the time) and their quality is above all. Thanks for being!!

Seems like this is happening alot just like the others ordered April 11 sitting in Richmond since nobody gets back to your email or chat they just ghost you Have order for 2 years happy with most weed it's all good till you don't get it BE CAREFUL BulkBuddy did finally get back to me and credited my account will make next order fingers crossed i get it this time Will keep you informed Received my order today Thanks Bulkbuddy for making it happen

I have ordered 3wks ago have not got order is in transit for past 2wks. No response from emails I’ve sent, sat waiting for an agent on live chat til I considered sending the family condolences!! Can someone help me please!!!!
Does anyone have a contact for this company not only do I want my order but I’m ready to order again!!
