They gave me 3 bad batches, I contacted them and no answer, I tried to give a bad review on a product in their website and they don't accept my review LOL!! So I put it there so people can know. In the past it was ok but this time they gave me expired weed wow.

A month ago I would've recommended them. I used them for a few years now. Last week put in order sent payment and then nothing. No tracking number nothing. Emailed them asked what was up and was told they were going to message payment dep. Well now I am being told basically oh well.. was told to cancel payment - can't was automatically deposited.. was told to get a hold of my bank and report it as fraud- the email they provided! Then I was told to resend the money to another email( how bout you give me my money back first then maybe) and now they are just ignoring me and not responding. So after years of buying from them every month they are refusing to fix the issue that was on their end. I even took into consideration that maybe their guy ripped them off too and asked for at least half of my order to be sent but nope they are just ignoring me . So I guess after years of service they have no problem stealing from loyal customers

And to bulk buddy if you even think of replying to this to email you with my issue . I have several times. You are still not doing anything about it and it was your mistake not mine

I had ordered and received a shipment from BulkBuddy rec’d on Aug 15.

I’m expecting my replacement item soon ! Bulk Buddy credited me with points to even choose the specific items I fancied, which was great to see .

They are really trustable they dont answer right away can take hours sometime but I had a couple issue they cant have no control on and they solve it Quick if there Any issue with quality .lost package anything u can think off they will hook u up ,my very first order was lost by cp i had to wait and shit i was angry thinking I got ripped off ,they hook me up with credit i change the courrier everithing went good I placed at least 10 other order after that and I had no problem ,they are the Best ,quality variety,Price and service

i received a lower quality order on Aug. 15. . So i returned it to Bulk Buddy at my expense .
UPDATE : Sept / 03 / 2025.
I contacted BulkBuddy and they have shipped me a replacement order .
So I will update asap once i have received the replacement. But things
are looking better . Thanks BB !

I’ve had nothing but success with Bulk Buddy. Buds are high quality, very fresh (usually less than a month old..) and prices are well below those found at a dispensary.

I made an order, paid for it through e-transfer received no tracking number so I checked my account and it says my order has been. What!!
Tried the live chat with no response.
Tried email with no response.
Will report to my bank
Will report to Consumer Protection
Will report to CRA

The customer support is great when they reply but it can be very slow.. but.. they will eventually reply.

My last order was sent monday and got it today. fast delivery, weights are correct, one strain had about 7g of shake to it, not a fan of shakes or bottom bags but overall i am happy with the product.

Order before that was very slow Due to Canada post Strike but arrived. Bulkbuddy reassured me that it was packaged and on the way!

Despite the few issues with shipping, slow reply, or "ignoring missing loyalty points", i always got my order ,reassured to be reimbursed if anything was to happen to package & im sure they are doing their best with replying so.. the company deserves 5 stars! :)

Good quality for the price ive been ordering and i am generally satisfied.

I still haven't received my tracking number. My package has been in the shipping process for 3 days. Can you send me my tracking number or simply reply to me please?

Answer : No response from Customer Service, they are holding $250 and my order remains in process, no tracking number can you answer my emails or send me my package? I will then remove my trust pilot review. You can reach me. I am waiting impatiently. I was defrauded with cheepweed I hope you are honest

I’ve been ordering from this website for awhile now and I live other of the coast no problems having them in no time, there’s a little mistake here and there no biggie those are always solved very quickly awesome service very good quality too

There is no customer service. Order at your own risk. I placed an order immediately paid for it and now it's been sitting on hold for almost a whole week. Nobody from the company has responded to my messages. I feel like I've just been ripped off for over $300. I paid with Bitcoin so I can't even get the money back. Buyers beware these guys are total scam artists.
