You advised that the products were faulty, but unfortunately, no images or evidence were provided to allow us to assess this claim. You also confirmed that you had used 10 units and wished to keep them, requesting a return and refund for the remaining 24 units.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned items, no faults were identified. As a gesture of goodwill, we processed a refund for the 24 units that were returned. You are now requesting a refund for the 10 units that were used and retained, which we are unable to approve.
We always aim to work closely with our customers to resolve any concerns fairly, and we believe this matter was handled in accordance with our returns policy.
