The whole process was five star

Damaged box resulting in loss of some sugar sticks
The parcel arrived ahead of schedule, a big plus BUT the box was damaged resulting in the loss of some of the contents, at least 100 of the raw sugar sticks. I sent an email with photos showing the damage. As of yet, there has been no response.
*** As at 20JAN2026 - I received a response from customer care. I guess they had been closed over Christmas. They offered a refund/replacement once photos were re-sent. Impressed. I will order from them again in the future & hopefully the packaging will be more secure.
