Bulldog products are brilliant and their customer service is amazing. I had to take 1 star away as the instructions provided to construct the Nemesis Home gym were the most confusing instructions I ha... See more

Ordered 24 and 16kg KB. 16 Kg bell didn’t arrive. Bulldog said it was lost or damaged by Royal Mail. Kettlebell was out of stock, Bulldog lied instead of just telling truth. Royal Mail said they didn’t receive the KB. Minor issue really, but they lied anyway.
I spent more than £1k with them for a squat rack and some other accessories. It took nearly 1 month for the rack to turn up, and the comms and updates were poor from the delivery company. Bulldog were slow to ship the items, and the delivery company were slow to deliver with no comms.
Eventually, I got an update that everything would arrive between 2 times, and of course, the pallet turned up later than their own time given, for more inconvenience for me. The delivery box was damaged on the pallet, as was a metal pole for the rack and a barbell holder. Bulldog, to their credit, have replaced the damaged items for free. So eventually I got what I was after, but I now need to rebuild the rack to replace the damaged pole. The rack quality is very good, and their support has been great, even when I was upset about the experience. But they need to change their delivery partner, as I see a number of issues related to them in the reviews - they're letting Bulldog down.
More Bulldog gear in my gym? Why not.
I’ll tell you why not.
Because every time I buy “just one more pair” of dumbbells, my spare room edges one step closer to becoming a commercial strength facility with worse air conditioning and better tea.
But the quality is spot on, the knurling feels great, and the dumbbells are built like little iron anvils of motivation.
The new 12.5s and 15s arrived solid, clean, and ready for battle. No nonsense. Just proper kit that makes you want to train.
At this point I should probably stop browsing the Bulldog website before my bank account files a formal complaint.
Product quality is good, despatch is slow. I ordered everything from Bulldog so I would get one delivery but may as well have shopped around as Bulldog is slow despatching and often items on the same order arrive in separate deliveries on separate days which is inconvenient, especially if it is a set that can only be used once everything arrives.
Like big numbers and ease of programming.
For me the big flaw is lack of volume and of a volume control capability.
The equipment arrived very well packaged and the communication electronically as well as the labels on the boxes telling me not to worry that things may come at different times due to bulk mad ethe process very smooth.
It was delivered on time. The instructions were clear and it assembled and fitted together well.
Phoned for 6 consecutive working days, told that it was marked as urgent and I’ll get a call back… still waiting for the call back.
On the first occasion I called at 2pm, and told that I would get a call straight back. After 2 hours I called them to be told they had gone home for the day.
I’ve also sent 4 emails with pictures and videos demonstrating the issue with the product. I’ve received one reply asking a question I had already answered in a previous message.
This issue still isn’t resolved.
Bulldog gear is high quality, no question it’s very good equipment. Customer service is also very good, my only gripe would be slow dispatch/delivery.
Best lifting gear on the market. always great offers on, and delivery is speedy. I used to shop around, I just come straight to Bulldog these days.
I returned and picked up my new order from the warehouse and the team were amazing!
2 beautifully made, quality cast iron kettlebells arrived in good time.
Perfect condition and ready for early morning workouts!
Order placed 8th April, no tracking info received, chased up, told parcel was due, still not received (still no tracking info). Chased again, new order raised (no idea what happened to first order). Item finally arrived 28th April.
