Bumper tries to scam money from cancelled van warranty
I took van warranty out through warranty wise who used carmoney as second party who then used bumper to collect payments. After having to make a claim as my van had a major electrical fault I was told by all auto electricians locally they would not accept warranty company so I had to pay £700 out of my own pocket to get it fixed. After many calls and emails to warranty companies I washable to cancel my warranty plus was refunded all the monthly payments from carmoney as I was mis old the product. Bumper is refusing to accept my warranty is cancelled and told me today I have no rights and I owe them £550. The lady at bumper said its the way it goes and refused to accept my warranty through car money was cancelled even though I have proof. She said it was up to me to.pay the money even though I don't have the warranty anymore and refused to contact carmoney to verify this. I would avoid bumper at all costs as it will ruin your credit report rating. The lady I spoke to was absolutely terrible at dealing with my issue and I would advise anybody from taking any product out with bumper or through anybody that uses them. Bumper is a huge scam

As you can see, one more client that got screwed with their charges. I cancelled my 7 day trial on the day I created my account, but for my surprise I was still getting charged $24.99 for 6 months! I called them and they don't want to refund me either. Shady AF!

I was able to locate your accounts using the information provided. Upon further review, it appears that you have 2 accounts created using your phone number. The first account was indeed canceled on 11/23/24.
Moreover, it appears that you were able to reach our chat support on 04/07/25 and requested to cancel and delete both accounts but there was no refund requested.
Rest assured that the accounts were deleted and you will not be charged moving forward. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue a refund for an account that has been deleted.

Would be zero if possible. After paying for a 7 day trial, I requested vin report which never materialized. So I requested to cancel, before the 7 days was up. They still charged my account for a subscription. They are stealing my money, failing to deliver the goods and then trying to charge me further.
