I saw bun-dles on instagram and thought would give them ago. I chose the mini bundle which was three packs. I chose the pork, prawn and kimchi dumplings; Black Pepper pork and Char Siu Chicken. They were delivered on time by DPD in an insulated box.

Unfortunately, the insulation hadn't quite gone all the way around the box so the carton for the kimchi dumplings had broken slightly so i contacted the team and Julie very quickly resolved the situation, so no star deducted.

The buns themselves were delicious. I couldn't decide which to have so tried all three. The pork, prawn kimchi were full of flavour but not too kimchi and the Char Siu and Black Pepper Pork were delicious too - the latter wasn't too spicy at all.

They were really easy to cook - I found an old bamboo steamer and used that but 18 minutes was the max needed. I did find that the paper got a bit stuck to some of them, but it came off just like a cupcake would.

A bonus was all packaging recyclable

Really soft and delicious Bao buns and dumplings. Put a couple of fresh veg sides alongside - wonderful!

Absolutely delicious and so convenient. We are big fans of the pork, white chocolate and Thai green curry bao. Always a special treat. The salad recipe is pretty fine too and a great side dish.

LOVE the bao buns - awesome flavours and super easy to steam or microwave. I like to microwave one for a snack while I steam the others…!

Really delicious, such fun flavours and very easy to heat up. I would definitely recommend doing them in a steamer if you have one, but the microwave works too!

Ordered from bun-dles after many years of trying to cook decent ones at home. Ordered all three of the vegan options and they were FABULOUS. The bao are so soft and fluffy and are stuffed full of tasty filling. Delivery was quick and easy, packaging fully recyclable or reusable. Will definitely order again! Only thing I would say is that I would love to see some vegan sweet bao in your range :)

Wonderful opportunity to enjoy these buns at home. Tasty and simple to heat for a quick meal. Big fluffy and flavoursome. Well presented - these will become a freezer feature for us- being able to tailor the packs solves the diet restrictions too.

Just bloody lovely! Beautiful soft and springy dough; delicious filling. A really yummy treat and so quick & easy to cook in the steamer! Perfection.

Fantastic bao buns - super easy to cook and super delicious to eat. Delivery was punctual and it was nice to try some new flavours - I now keep a box in my freezer for the days I don’t want to cook. Great idea.

All of the meat buns contain some sort of fish or mollusc , only other options you have are vegetarian.. very disappointing

These are by far the tastiest, fluffiest, at-home frozen buns I have had, and I have tried plenty! The flavors are bright and the textures are perfect--10/10!

Buns were soft and fluffy and the fillings were all delicious. Delivery was straightforward and steaming in the microwave was super simple and quick. Also made a couple of the sides from the recipe suggestions supplied which were pretty easy and went well. Highly recommend for an easy dinner

These buns are great but the only thing is, without being specified on the ordering webpages, half of the flavours including vegetarian all carry various degree of spiciness. Which means my children, who love buns, cannot eat them. The black pepper pork’s spiciness for example was so overpowering it’s not an enjoyable flavour even for me. As a result I cannot really recommend the buns to other Asian families with children. The vegetarian options are ok but the filling to bun ratio isn’t ideal as it felt like just eating a lot of plain bun. All in all the quality of ingredients is much better than Asian supermarket frozen buns (which we buy very often), but I really hope there will be more family friendly options and more variety of non-spicy flavours to suit everyone. There are also lots of interesting flavours (Asian or not) for buns without having to be spicy.

Tried a selection of the bao buns and dumplings for the first time on the whole family the other night (kids loved them too) and they were absolutely delicious and made for a super easy dinner! Very fresh flavours and cooked beautifully, some in the steamer and some microwaved. Highly recommend them, honestly no different (if not better!) than restaurant quality bao buns, really impressed. Loved the side dish recipe cards that came with them too.
