Easy to claim which was dealt with…

Easy to claim which was dealt with immediately and received the money within days. Extremely easy to do online and service was exceptional.. a very satisfied customer. Would recommend BUPA Insurance Services.

Fantastic dentist

Fantastic dentist
I was supposed to see the hygienist and dentist
A very last minute text ( not a call) advised me that the hygienist is unavailable.
A call would have been better as I was already on route !

Apparently changed my annual renewal…

Apparently changed my annual renewal date and lost out on reclaiming £150 towards my new glasses! Not impressed!

I had an immediate response from Bupa, I was able to have an appointment on the same day and a referral to a specialist. Everything went smoothly and I received help that I needed.

Dental visit

Very clean, efficient run practice, with welcoming staff, was very surprised my cash plan covered my treatment as first time using it.

It takes a while to find out my account…

It takes a while to find out my account number then you have to put bank details in after treatment details. Only to be told my husbands claim was 0 and mine £2 as we were about of budget, why cannot we be told before we start the process. Surely a drop down of what is left for the claim would be useful before the bank details and treatment receipt is uploaded
