Mel and the team at Burlwood and Lye were exceptional from start to finish. They were incredibly attentive, offering creative ideas and patiently answering every question we had.

When we fell in love with a rug that was too large for our space, they had it customised to a perfect fit in no time at all. The personal delivery was a lovely touch, and they even walked us through detailed aftercare instructions.

The photo truly does not do it justice; it has a stunning sheen that shifts beautifully with the light. It has completely transformed the room, and once our new blinds are in, the look will be complete. I cannot recommend Burlwood and Lyle highly enough!

We are very happy with our new floor, we went with Vintage Oak from the Icona collection. They have large display panels in the showroom, so we were able to see lots of detail and get a true idea of what the floor would look like installed. Thank you Sarah and Mel for all help with our project and aftercare advice, we’ll be back for rugs!

Burlwood & Lye have a great selection of Little Greene paint samples to purchase and the studio is a great place to visit if you are looking for flooring and wall inspiration.

We visited Burlwood and Lye's studio to view the Rezas rugs they have on display. They have a great selection with large sample sizes so you can get a real sense of what the rug will look like. We were only looking for one but ended up buying two! The rugs were delivered quickly and they look amazing. Great knowledge and service from Mel and the Team

I have been looking for a new wood floor for ages but needed some expertise and advice as it was for an old house and the fitting was going to be complicated.
The Burlwood & Lye experience did not disappoint. The showroom itself is beautifully laid out with large samples of the flooring available so I got a proper idea of what my floor would look like.
Sarah explained fully the differences between solid wood, an engineered plank, laminate and SPC. She gave me great advice on suitability, installation and after care.
They also offered paint and rugs.
