The team were very professional and helpful. and kept us up to date with progress of the sale.

Everyone who dealt with my sale in the Cranleigh office was helpful and patient in particular Livvy and Jamie who answered my numerous phone calls.

We purchased a property through Burns & Webber, Godalming. Alice being the agent looking after the sale. She acted in the most professional and friendly manner from the first moment we stepped in the door.
Alice kept regular contact, ensuring the sale progressed smoothly. A few people in the chain were rather less relaxed than us but Alice kept things moving and dealt with niggles and challenges superbly.
Toward the end of the process we had dealings with Jonathan (Manager) in addition who also provided an impeccable service.
Considering the seller paid their fees and not us, we were most grateful (and surprised) that we were looked after in the manner in which we were.
If there was a standard of service for estate agents then Burns & Webber should be the benchmark.
We would wholeheartedly recommend them to anybody.

From my initial meeting with Adam, Burns & Webber in Godalming demonstrated great knowledge of the local market, have been extremely friendly, professional and have spent time to demonstrate they were keen to sell our home and to ‘find and match the right buyer’ for us. I was impressed with the quality and accuracy of the Sales brochure produced quickly. We had a good and steady number of Buyer viewings and the house went Under Offer in a month, and flowed through to Completion with no hitches.
Edward was our main contact - he has been very friendly, courteous and has kept me well-informed thoughout the sale process with regular and informative updates on each step. He was quick to feed any questions through and always returned any calls or emails very promptly. The team were always very welcoming on the few times I dropped in at the branch.
I can’t fault the service and efficiency of the Godalming team so certainly would recommend.

We are extremely happy with our experience of selling our property through Burns & Webber (Godalming Branch). We were encouraged to consider a higher value for our property than what we have expected, and it even went for well over that. The agents worked to close a sale despite some serious issues in the chain, and at no point did I feel any need to chase or push for further action because I was kept up to date constantly. I would definitely recommend the company from my own experience.

We were encouraged to adopt an "offers over" strategy, to entice buyers in the lower price bracket to create a buzz and drive greater competition despite this being below the min price we said we were willing to sell for . This strategy completely backfired and in our opinion devalued our property. The agent assigned to us seemed unwilling/ inexperienced to try to negotiate and throughout the whole process seemed to be working for the buyer rather than us. Would not recommend this agent and would never go for an "offers over" strategy again

Just sold through B&W... it was a very tricky sale with lots of problems. However every single one of the staff at B&W Guildford were so helpful and couldn't do enough. I would recommend them very highly!

Despite slightly challenging economic conditions, Burns and Webber sold my property very quickly and for a great price. Every aspect of their service is excellent: their valuation was spot-on; the property photographs were amazing; the staff were all incredibly professional but also really lovely people. I cannot recommend Burns and Webber enough.
