Incredibly rude staff member at BAB AL BURAQ SHIPPING LINE LTD
We were dealing with Neha Patel at this company. They were trying to obtain a virtual address from us and had used different names on the application with different people emailing us without any real explanation to how they were linked to the business and the account owners. When conducting enhanced KYC we found Neha to have an extremely rude, unprofessional and condescending demeanor about her. She was unwilling to cooperate with our request for information and had an overall feistiness about her. When they had a problem incorporating their company we told her exactly what the issue was and how to resolve it but she was just not willing to listen. We were so appalled by her behaviour we closed their account and refunded their money. If you plan to deal with this company our recommendation is to ask not to deal with Neha Patel and deal with a different member of staff instead.
