I have been juggling ordering from a shop or online for months, some people said it was risky as you don’t know what you’re going to get. I did my research on Burts, and after receiving several samples, plus they answered all my questions quickly and were very helpful every time I contacted them, I decided I would take the plunge as their prices and quality appeared to be the best out there. I have received my carpets now and I am delighted to say they are top notch quality. The customer service from Phil was exceptional and I can’t praise this.company highly enough and have recommended this company to all my family and friends.

Very good price on an Abingdon carpet
Very good price on an Abingdon carpet. I was told it would take 3 to 5 days for the carpet to arrive at Burts and another day for their delivery day.
In practice the carpet was delivered to me in 2 days, after placing order.
Brandon was very good to deal with and the in house driver was very helpful getting the carpet into the house.

Was a bit apprehensive as there was no way I could lift the carpet in myself. But the delivery driver was great brought it straight to my door .It would be nice if the offered a two man delivery service maybe I just didn't see that option. But overall great experience carpet was lovely speedy delivery and reasonably priced

We do offer 2 man delivery but this is determined by us whether we use the 2 man service or if it would be manageable for a 1 man service. Excellent value for money
Excellent value for money. Simple ordering process. Delivery straight forward albeit a bit expensive. I would suggest a two tier delivery charge based on amount of carpet purchased.
