We hired a selection of soft play items from Bury Soft Play for a family party. I'm so pleased that we did. The toys were all of very high quality and kept the children (a range of ages) entertained throughout the afternoon. My guests commented on how great the toys were. Dealing with Orron too was a pleasure. He was really clear on arrangements, he made appropriate suggestions based on the number of children and their ages, and he arrived on the day when he said he would. I couldn't have asked for more and I'm very happy to recommend Bury Soft Play.

Excellent service Orran who I dealt with was extremely helpful and provided great customer service. Only thing I can say that would have been better is that you only get 3hour hire time then £10 every hour after which when you pay over a hundred pound can make quite the difference if you want to keep cost down. This is only thing but certainly no reflection on service and quality of equipment it was such well kept and perfect for kids they enjoyed it so much. Very impressed with the hygiene all equipment was cleaned individually on collection would highly recommend to anyone! Will definitely use again!!

Super clean play equipment in excellent condition. Perfect for the age range and number of party attendees, just as Orron said it would be. Really prompt replies to enquiries right from the start. Orron was on time to deliver and very patient and friendly with the children at collection time. Lots of people remarked on how brilliant the play equipment was. It made the party super fun for all the children, and very relaxing for all the parents.

We hired this company for our sons birthday party. The staff member/proprietor was friendly, professional and understanding of our needs. We would certainly recommend Bury Soft Play to others.

Bury Soft Play provided us with their super bouncy castle and didicars for our Pre-School Graduation Party. The children had great fun and once again, the customer service was fantastic : )

I can't recommend Bury Soft Play highly enough. Booking and general communication was superb and the bouncy castle and soft play equipment we hired was even better than I imagined. By the efficiency of the set up and pack up, and the cleanliness of all the equipment, this is clearly a much loved business. I'll definitely be calling on Bury Soft Play in the future. And most importantly, our party of 2 year olds loved it!

Couldn't have asked for more. Fantastic correspondence from start to finish. Great price. The equipment was fantastic quality and so well looked after. The children had an amazing time and we're all exhausted afterwards. We have had so much fantastic feedback from parents. Cannot recommend Bury Soft Play highly enough. I would most definetly hire this company for my child's parties! All items were is perfect condition and looked as though they'd never been touched! My daughter had a wonderful time!

They set up and had a lovely choice of plat equipment for our 0-4 children to play on.
It was immaculately clean and the chap was friendly, polite and very helpful.

We hired a small hall package from Bury soft play for our sons first birthday. Orron helped us pick the right package for the party, for various aged children, and it was perfect! The children all had a fantastic time! The equipment is spotlessly clean too. Highly recommend to anybody, perfect for parties, weddings and any occasion to entertain the little ones. Bury soft play were absolutely brilliant from start to finish, good customer service is hard to come by these days but Orron couldn't have done more. Booking was simple, correspondence was friendly and helpful and the soft play equipment itself was of fantastic quality! We had the best party, everyone felt relaxed because all the children were enjoying themselves, would absolutely recommend and use again!

For our sons 5th birthday party we used the services of bury soft play, and they were amazing! The bouncy castle was a huge hit and the soft play equipment also went done very too! We were extremely grateful to bury soft play to provide all of the equipment for my sons party and from the words of my son "the best party ever!"

Bury Soft Play provided a wonderful range of brightly coloured soft play equipment to keep two and 3 year old guests busy and very happy at my son's recent wedding reception in February, and I can't recommend them highly enough. The equipment proved an instant hit with the children and their parents - there was an excellent variety of shapes to play with and the ball pool proved especially popular. The soft flooring was perfect for small feet, and all the equipment was spotless. The company provided an efficient, friendly and extremely helpful service both on the telephone and via email. The appropriate package for our needs was identified following my initial telephone enquiry, and the delivery, setting up and packing away of the equipment was carried out quietly and with no fuss, fitting in with our wedding schedule brilliantly. My grateful thanks to Orron for his kindness and efficiency and for helping to make a very special day even more perfect.

Bury soft play have friendly staff with an awesome set up of a variety of soft play equipment. My son had it for his 3rd birthday and him and guest absolutely loved it. Hours of fun. Would highly recommend them to anyone.
